Love this place. So much better than SPCA, and more affordable too. Edit- I recently had to put my old lab Bella Mae down. She was like my child. All the vets involved with her care Dr. Riley and Dr. Merrill have been really great. The whole team was extremely caring and thoughtful when the time came. They were gentle with us as we were grieving. It's a hard thing to do to put a beloved pet down but I'm glad we had Parkway to help us. They went above and beyond professional and I am grateful.

Dr. Gordon took time with my new puppy. Explained all the new stuff like when to spay, shots and all the things you need to know. Answers all my questions & took his time!

After reading great reviews for Parkway Animal Hospital on Next door I decided to take my newly adopted pup to them thinking it would be a great experience. It was not. When I arrived we waited in the lobby for probably 15 minutes, no big deal to me. The doctor came in and first of all didn't introduce himself to me (whatever it's fine), then tells me he is fresh out of vet school (not a big deal, they all have to get experience), throughout the appointment the doctor and vet tech had conflicting opinions on most of my questions, I never received answers to my questions. I asked about ordering my heartworm and flea prevention online and asked if they would approve it since I had records from the SPCA of a recent heartworm test. They said yes, never mentioned a fee. I ordered my pups heartworm and flea prevention online a few weeks after the appointment....Parkway Animal Hospital charges you $5 per prescription to get it approved if it doesn't come from their pharmacy! Seems like they would care more about making sure our pets are protected from deadly diseases than making a few dollars. Imagine if human doctors dictated where we get our life saving medications from.
I worked at a vet hospital for several years (I don't disclose this information at my appointments so the vet will be thorough in providing me with information) so I am pretty forgiving on some of the issues I encountered however, I will never take my pup back there! The vet and vet tech conflicting one another in front of a client is unacceptable, and out of line in my opinion. The corporate feel to this vet, and the Rx fees is all I need to know about this place.

I have a rescue that was extremely mistreated in her former life. Things had gotten so bad that I was fearing making a very tough decision. Dr Gordon, bless him, did not give up on her and a different medication seems to be helping. My Lady is on her feet again and looking bright eyed and interested in life again. I can’t thank him and Parkway enough!

My cat, Mr Quill, suffered from a stroke and kidney problems, so we had to release him from his misery. The staff, could not be more awesome and caring, waked as through the procedure, and it was heartbreaking , but done so humanely, they took such good care of him, and us. I can never repay them for such kindness.

For years I've taken my animals to the SPCA in Titusville but they were bought out by another company that charged and arm and leg and wouldn't allow you in the room while they examend your animals and just not friendly at all. Our dog Thor had some skin issue and they tried charging a crazy amount and finally brought it down some just for them to bandage the situation. We decided our animals deserve better than this so we switch to Parkway Animal Hospital and man I'm so glad we did, our 10 year old red nose is feeling so much better and still being treated but Dr Seberry and staff are wonderful, very knowledgeable and reasonable price. Thank you, we will definitely bring our other animals in, see you next month. ?

Dr. Gordon is simply amazing. We are so grateful to him for caring for our ten year old fur baby. As new customers we could not be happier with each and every experience we have had so far. All staff are warm and welcoming. Highly appreciate and recommend this veterinary hospital!

Good place when you need you pet medically looked at. Staff are friendly and stocked if you would need meds on your visit. Highly recommend them.

1st visit for us, got to say it was absolutely wonderful! Doctor and vet techs were super! Very pleased with the whole experience. My little guy was happy too. Nice that he won't be afraid to return.
