By far, one of the best Pilot/ONE 9 in the network. Management and staff are a great team in keeping the facility clean and store stocked. Showers and parking limited, plan ahead. My go to when heading south.

The worst truck stop for years!!!!
Of the 4 pump islands, only 1 worked, and even then, only the satellite.
Plus 3 out of 4 percolators were broken.
And we pay $10 a night for this nasty service.. It's a shame

1 diesel pump work on 5-6. Only 12-15 parking spots. I stopped there because Google mentioned a truck wash but there is none. There is NO room in that location for it

The employees are so nice and so so helpful for what even your need is. The place is super clean like the cleanest truck stop I have ever showered in. Julie and Matt definitely deserve a raise. Thank you all so much for everything

Subway is making some stupid rolled up sandwiches and if your a trucker u got 1 hour for parking in they will kick you out they need the other truckers money you gotta go.

If you don’t have pilots points rewards why this shop works like a pilot, I was trying to get a shower but paying when we bought a lot of diesel with them, they said its impossible get a shower, only if I pay, really? With more than 5 showers in rewards

Julie the angry cashier.
I went to your store a little while ago in Cocoa, FL and I wanted to let you know that I had an unpleasant experience with one of your cashiers, Julie (name on her badge). She was acting angry and was very short with me. I asked her if she was having a bad day, she said she was and then told me she could refuse my sale - at the same time still ringing me up. I made it easy on her and walked out without buying anything.
I will never use that station again. God help the next person that Julie encounters
