We purchased Prime Parking at 11:30 pm and it was packed with trucks that didn’t pay — the app said 20 spots were available. The driver had to bug the employees over and over, and it still took more than 1.5 hours to get parked. Ridiculous and super disrespectful from the staff.

First off very impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the shower stalls… The water was also soft, not hard and full of chlorine like some of them… they offered me an extra towel in case I needed to bathe my animal.. also, they were so lovely with my animal, which is an extension of myself so I love that will definitely be coming back here and would recommend it to everyone..

Paid for a paring spot for Sunday night, and there were 3 trks parked along the curb by the scales. Left Monday morning about 415 am and same 3 trks still there. Came back after I dropped off my load and parked in reserved parking again since I could stay there till 3 pm.
Around 4 pm I moved to the curb where the trks had parked, then around 8pm tow company comes banging on my door and said I had to move. I told them that they didn't tow the other trks that were parked here last night, and of course, they lied and said they made them move. So I moved to an open reserved spot and went in to pay, but was told all sold out.
About 10 minutes, another wrecker showed up and was trying to back up and hook up my trk, but I moved, and they are out looking to make money off of trkrs.
Don't go here it's a money thing for the wreckers and will take advantage of the limited parking in the area.
They can't make money helping others, so they make money helping themselves.

If your a trucker don't go here they have only 2 hour parking and will tow you, imagine taking a shower and eating only to find your shit gets towed not fun.

I'm just going to say as a professional driver that drives five six 700 mi a day. It's a crying. Shame that we're out here on the road working delivering product for the American people. Yeah we're going to be charged $10 to park at a travel rest center like flying j. I travel this whole country and this is the first flying j/ pilot travel center that actually tried to charge me $10 to park in a regular parking space to sleep overnight as a professional driver. It's a sad, sad shame, especially when the employees there agree that they shouldn't be charging for drivers to sleep overnight. My only question to the general manager that started in January is do you charge the 18-wheeler drivers in the back to part two or are you just discriminatory?
