Customer service in this location by the old lady that sits at the counter is non existent. She's sitting there counting her money and doesn't have the courtesy to acknowledge the guy waiting to give her more money. She has no smile and should not be in any kind of customer service position.

It appears that the hay days of PNC Bank are over and PNC is heading for imminent bankruptcy as indicated by drastic cut in their customer service. Customers should seriously think about taking their business to other banks. Yesterday I wanted to transfer money from my PNC account into my son's PNC account. To do that I went to PNC bank on Barnes road in Rockledge. There I learned that beginning of this month they closed their tellers. As a result I had to drive to this bank. This branch of PNC is manned by three ladies, two of them with heavy attitude problem. Instead of helping the customers they take pleasure in citing commonsense laws. While I was at the counter I asked the lady if she could pull up my account and find my son's acount number because recently I had transferred money to his acount. Instead of helping me the lady told she cannot provide my son's account number unless he provides me that number. And her extra smart supervisor sitting next to her was supporting her, kind of drawing battle line between me and her colleague. As a result I had to call my wife to get that number. All the lady at the bank had to do is pull up my account on her computer and scroll down a little on my recent transactions to help me find my son's account number. I am PNC account holder for ten years and I am seriously contemplating on closing my PNC bank account because of their abysmally poor service.
