Well here we are yet again, mine and my husband’s debit cards expired this month. I received mine automatically without having to reach out. And activated it just fine. My husband on the other hand had been waiting on his and he finally called and had to order a new one. It came in but he couldn’t activate it because he had to wait on a pin which they said would come in the next day. Day 4 and no one can help. It has been an inconvenience all the way around. They screw up and now he has to go to the branch?

Took 20 minutes waiting at the window for someone to even acknowledge me that i was here.I understand everyone is short staffed but it takes 2 seconds just tell your customers hello and we'll be a couple minutes.

Worst customer service EVER. My elderly and blind father has been locked out of his account several times in his mobile app and I've gone in to help him get it unlocked, only to be told that I shouldn't be there and they can't discuss his account with me. I advised them that I am his caretaker and they asked me to leave. I will NEVER do business with this bank, not even if they paid me to. Complete GARBAGE in their treatment of their elderly customers.

Customer service in this location by the old lady that sits at the counter is non existent. She's sitting there counting her money and doesn't have the courtesy to acknowledge the guy waiting to give her more money. She has no smile and should not be in any kind of customer service position.

This bank is garbage. Their customer service is a joke and if you have to call the customer service number good luck reaching someone. I recently cancelled my account with them. I kept getting fraudulent charges and I would dispute them and they would just deny them saying they had proof of whatever it was when it was definitely some nonsense. I want a bank to look out for my protection not add to some bs. I suggest banking anywhere else

By far the worst bank I have ever done business with. I have had non stop issues with the 524 location and nobody that works at this branch has ever contacted me when I call about an issue. I have to call the 800 number to get anything done. I highly recommend that nobody use this branch if you still want to bank with pnc. I haven't been able to access my account for 3 days. I called the 800 number and was told to go to the branch and the problem would be resolved. Lmao, yea right! I went 1/23/21and still haven't heard anything. Also, I can't see whats going on with my account and nobody can resolve the issue. Thanks!

By far the worst bank I have ever done business with. I have had non stop issues with the 524 location and nobody that works at this branch has ever contacted me when I call about an issue. I have to call the 800 number to get anything done. I highly recommend that nobody use this branch if you still want to bank with pnc. I haven't been able to access my account for 3 days.
