Worst customer service EVER. My elderly and blind father has been locked out of his account several times in his mobile app and I've gone in to help him get it unlocked, only to be told that I shouldn't be there and they can't discuss his account with me. I advised them that I am his caretaker and they asked me to leave. I will NEVER do business with this bank, not even if they paid me to. Complete GARBAGE in their treatment of their elderly customers.

This bank is garbage. Their customer service is a joke and if you have to call the customer service number good luck reaching someone. I recently cancelled my account with them. I kept getting fraudulent charges and I would dispute them and they would just deny them saying they had proof of whatever it was when it was definitely some nonsense. I want a bank to look out for my protection not add to some bs. I suggest banking anywhere else

By far the worst bank I have ever done business with. I have had non stop issues with the 524 location and nobody that works at this branch has ever contacted me when I call about an issue. I have to call the 800 number to get anything done. I highly recommend that nobody use this branch if you still want to bank with pnc. I haven't been able to access my account for 3 days. I called the 800 number and was told to go to the branch and the problem would be resolved. Lmao, yea right! I went 1/23/21and still haven't heard anything. Also, I can't see whats going on with my account and nobody can resolve the issue. Thanks!

ANOTHER RIP OFF BANK. CASHING A CHECK FROM.A CUSTOMER AND SINCE I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT W THEM THE TAKE 2% ..BUT WAIT IFBITS AN AMOUNT DEMMED BY THEM THEY TAKE WHATEVER THEY WANT....PNC CUSTOMER PAID ME THEY PAID A SERVICE FEE ABD I GET CHARGED FOR CASHING A CHECK FROM.THIER CUSTOMER WHO HAS ALREADY PAID FOR SERVICE TYPICAL BS BANK. And I had to go inside to PAY THEM

I went into this cocoa commons branch this morning to cash a check and they assumed I was a criminal. The teller very obviously thought that I forged the check and would not cash it until they solved a "technical issue"... the girl then TOOK MY CREDIT CARD AND ID and went into the back behind closed doors where they called the business to see if it was a legitimate check. Guess what, it was real. I don't have an account there but I'm not a stranger to that branch...I deposit a check there every 30 days for my rent. Once a month for the last 6 years I go through there. I've cashed checks before at other banks for 10 times as much and had less issues. My recommendation is to go somewhere else for your banking.

Jennie Scott, Branch Manager, is fantastic. She is so helpful and very friendly. She helped me on financing and she saved me a lot of money. I feel that she is not just my bank manager, but I consider she is my friend (I can't say that to every bank manger that I have met).
