The one thing that differs all Publix's from one another is their deli department. Today is Super Bowl Sunday and I waited 35 minutes in a sub line with only one person in front of me. They had one extremely elderly woman working the entire deli department, while the rest of the employees were nowhere to be seen or they were ignoring the cusomers completeing the online orders. Absolute worst experience I have ever had. when I walked to the front to express my concerns to one of the fellow employees, he made a disgusting face and said "we are hiring". if I had gotten his name, I would've written it down on this review, but I would never recommend going to this Publix unless you are making an online order. You have no priority as an individual at this Publix.

The store is OK but the pharmacy is pretty bad. You can't get anyone to answer the phone. We pulled all my wife's prescriptions this month because they can't fill her prescriptions on time or even the next morning so she goes into withdrawals every stinking month. They know the time release pills ran out the day before and they don't care, doing their damn job in the AM is just too inconvenient for them. So she has to suffer? Nuh, uh, see ya. That's a couple less visits to your store, idiots, and if I don't have to go anyways there's better deals half a mile away. And a better (real) pharmacy across the street.

Lori at the publix deli was very kind and showed so much enthusiasm towards her part time job. When I was ordering my sandwich, Lori knew exactly what I wanted and put together a great Buffalo chicken sandwich. Next time I want a pub-sub, I hope Lori is there to make it!

Publix is always exceptional with customer service and today it was no exception, Dr. Martin at the cocoa commons pharmacy waited 10 mins for me after the pharmacy closed, he knew my daughter needed the eardrops tonight and he was was willing to wait for us, I'll always be grateful for his kindness! Thank you so much Dr. Martin!

Absolutely ridiculous wait times for prescription thats is a desperate need for my grandson to breath. Was told it would be 2 hours so I gave 5 hours and came to get it on my way to work so he could have his meds that he has no choice but to have and they informed me that it would be another couple of hours. A total of 7 hours to fill 2 simple prescriptions. Do better publix. We bring in prescriptions because we obviously need them. Nobody should have to wait 7 hours after being told it would be only 2. Very frustrating especially being as tho this was the firat time I ever used this pharmacy and I can guarantee it will be my last.

Very disappointed with this pharmacy. It seems like they are understaffed. Today I was 10th in line to pick up a prescription. They need more than 3 people for such a busy pharmacy. My husband and I have been regular customers for the last year and l/2 and it does not seem to improve. Many times we have had to wait several days as they do not have the item in stock. It would seem that they would have a system to keep those items in stock for their regular customers.

to start, i went to the deli section and got a sub, as did the rest of my family. i got my sub and it was absolutely delicious! the ladies making them were very nice. the only few problems we came across is that they don't heat the subs unless you ask them to, so if you want it hot make sure to ask. but the main thing that was really disappointing was the pepperoni on one of the subs. when they cut it they didn't take off the plastic wrapping so they served it sliced with plastic on the edges. besides that, great!
