I used to get great service. Lately, the long lunch break that closes the pharmacy as well as Wendy who didn’t put in my refill request has me seriously considering a change. They need to keep the pharmacy staffed enough to stay open during business hours, keep stock on hand of monthly medications for regular customers and hire people who understand how to use the computer.

It's always something, today they just so happen to be missing part of their shipment. Now I gotta drive to cocoa after just being reassured yesterday they had the medicine in stock.

I have always received great customer service from all Publix pharmacies. I love that they send a text message when each prescription is filled and ready. My one and only complaint is for three of my medications it always take a couple days to get filled. But I would rather deal with the delay that use others pharmacies I have in the past.

Since when has the Publix pharmacy close entirely for a one hour lunch break?? Shouldn’t that be done in shifts like every other dept. No other pharmacy closes entirely for lunch. According to Publix corp info., the lunch break should only be 30 min anyways. I don’t have an issue with the break, everyone deserves a lunch break…but I also don’t think the entire pharmacy should shut down for it.

I have become extremely dissatisfied with this pharmacy in the last couple of years, as are my doctors. I have a tight schedule and when I have time to make it there close to closing (15 minutes before close, not 2) I can't count on them being open anymore. I have had to get prescriptions from other Publix pharmacies due to them being out of stock of my prescriptions often (not once has this happened with this pharmacy before), and the service there is far more acceptable. A more recent issue over the past year is them not filling my 90 day prescriptions, and though they used to give me two refills now they do not and I have to call in my prescriptions every time, which sometimes can result in me skipping a day or two which directly impacts my daily life. I don't know if that's due to insurance or not so they may not be responsible for that. It is very sad to watch a perfect pharmacy sink to such depths. With that being said the pharmacists are still amazing and I still hold the senior techs and 2 of the newer techs in high regard.Wendy is far too rude than she has any right to be. If you're going to give me bad service the least you can do is give me a smile. I always treat you guys good and am more understanding than I really should be, but Wendy is making that difficult. I intimately understand how stressful being understaffed can be and the difficulties of customer service but being kind especially to your friendly, long term customers, is a bare minimum requirement for the job.

Nice friendly staff. They do get busy so sometimes things take longer. But Even with getting busy the staff still are professional and nice.

This place is almost perfect. They get swamped sometime and that creates long waits and some of the newer staff are not AS good (but still good) as the older staff. But in general, I have wonderful experiences here. I pay online and they already know who I am so all they do is see me, grab my stuff and make me sign and I'm gone in a minute or two. I've been coming here solely throughout the years for a reason

Went to the pharmacy today and the check in lady was excellent with my kids and I. Self check out is also a big hit ! It really is a pleasure to shop at my Publix.

The staff at this Pharmacy is far superior then other chains in the area. Going above and beyond simple customer service. They really do care, the are so informative and unlike other places I’ve gone where they are like robots. These staff members at Publix are always respectful and kind. They are very willing to tell me any information about my medications, and there side effects. I’ve been going here for over 15 years. Never had one misshap. Great crew, working together like a fine tuned instrument! Love there work ethics ❤️
