Called Monday morning looking for a complete rear axle assembly and talked with Robert. He confirmed that they had it and he was very polite. Stopped by after work to pick it up and they had it pulled off the shelf and I was loaded up within 10 minutes of arriving. Have used them a few times before and will continue buying my used parts from them in the future

Paid cheap for a headlight assembly. They pulled it for me Monday but while they pulled the wrong vehicle they swiftly corrected the issue despite being minutes from their closing time. Staff was extremely friendly and did a fantastic job pulling my part with absolutely zero damage to the light or the wiring.

Needed a torsion bar for my 97 Jimmy. Called and spoke to Robert. He was very professional, even when I called him back a few times to check on the part (Florida rain). Part even came with the adjustment arm. Thanks, Robert!

Terrible customer service. Mark and Robert are the worst salesmen I’ve ever dealt with.
I called the day before to confirm that my parts would be ready (I had to drive two hours to get there). When I was about an hour away, I called again to double-check, and Mr. Mark told me that the parts weren’t ready and wouldn’t be available until the following day.
They were rude, unprofessional, and clearly didn’t care about helping me.

I've been using Quarno's Auto Salvage for years, and they have never let me down! My 2009 Toyota Camry has its fair share of wear and tear, and Quarno’s has consistently been my go-to for quality parts at reasonable prices.

Worst junk yard to go to in BREVARD. I wouldnt recommend this junk yard to anyone. Parts quality is no good and Mr. Mark who works at the front has no sympathy for Quarno’s customers and is the rudest person to talk to on the premises. True laziness runs all throughout this organization and it’s very unfortunate because this use to be a really good place to come and get parts. Not with people like Mr. Mark who works at the front and answer phones. He’s the reason I won’t be go to Quarno’s anymore. Nor will I send any of my customers. Hope this is read and seen because you’ll sit here and try to defend him on his actions. Go through the reviews I’m not the only one who has felt this way torwards Mr.Mark!

I appreciate you taking time to evaluate my other reviews. I wish you would take that same energy and put it towards making your customer satisfied. Yes I ordered weeks earlier. With that being said I was lied to and explain that the part wasn’t pull off the car yet. Even though it came on the truck to me when I sent it back because I could not buy the part at that time. I live pretty far so I called before early that day wanting the part and told Mr.Mark that I would be there to get the part that afternoon he told me ok and that was end of discussion. I get there and go to pay for the part which I did and then was told it wasn’t gonna be ready that it wasn’t pulled. So if lying to your customers is ok for you then again this would be the WORST recommendation in my opinion to go to. I never mumbled, I Said what I said and also never asked for special treatment. So please all I ask for is for you guys to have sympathy for the next person. My business will go elsewhere and I appreciate what you guys have done for me in the past!

I called Quarnos to sell them my junk car. They answered and gave me an offer above what I expected. They were very professional and came out directly to get it and paid me on the spot. They are licensed and I would definitely call them in the future if needed. Definitely recommend!

I didn't visit their shop I found them on car-part while searching for a digital dash for my 86 Lebaron mark cross turbo convertible. I emailed them after hours the next day I purchased my dash on Wednesday and received it Friday in great condition and fully working as promised. So much cheaper than anywhere else I had almost given up because I wasn't going to pay the extortion fees everywhere else for a 40 year digital dash that could go out anytime or show up not working. Thanks quarnos a+ service plus I think my car has less miles now lol!

Quarno’s had a very hard to find fender for my rare car. It was in great shape, for great price and they had all the trimmings with it! I wasn’t able to pick it up right away and they even held it for me. I’m happy to say I’m so pleased with them and I just wanted to share my experience. From my experience it’s hard to find a place that cares about the customer like they do. They were nice on the phone and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them. I will be saving their contact info! I also never leave reviews. Thanks guys really appreciate it!
