All 4 of my rims are a mess! Their investigator calls, says the tech noted damage to rims prior to installation (unbeknownst to me), therefore they will deny any claim. And to add insult to injury, two of my tires had loss of pressure today! I'll be calling about that tomorrow, and contacting my insurance company about the rims damage.

The convenience of the scan and go is amazing. It can also be used at the gas pumps no digging for cards.

It's a great place to shop BUT: the gestapo merchandise checker at the exit is primitive. Too bad for you if buying cold foods since you can expect long delays especially if a customer in front of you has issues with check out.

Definitely need to work on Customer Service and provide proper training to employees on how to treat customers. We love Sam’s club and this is our neighborhood market. We’ve never had issues but today was something like never experienced before.. we walked in maybe 2 minutes before the store officially closed (we didn’t realize the time it was and understand how annoying that can be) As soon as we enter the store, without saying hello, the door greeter says to us “you guys have 5 seconds to shop”. Not 5 steps into the store another associate walking by says to us “you have one minute to shop”. Again, no hello or basic good manners.. the final associate who was stocking the freezers , whips out his phone as we are walking by and says in a loud voice “ah! 5 minutes after closing.. so happy we’re closed now “, clearly wanting us to feel uncomfortable.. again, we’ve worked in retail stores and understand what goes into closing up a store.. But purposely going out of the way to make your customer to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome is unacceptable .. Do better please

Pitiful store management - someone needs to buy a watch for the person responsible for opening the store; this isn't a repetitive issue with this store; with mobs of customers waiting past the store posted time for the store management to give the okay to open the doors; its ridiculous for this to happen more often then not; this past Sunday (Mar 19).(Jan 27 '24): no changes there on this Saturday's opening; things just don't change...wonder if COSTCO or BJ's has this same issues? Might have to find out...

Always find what I'm looking for. Clean and isles are not cluttered. Love the Scan and go on the app. Saves time not having to go through the checkout.

I've been a Costco member for many years and more recently also a BJ's member. I am giving Sam's Club a try and based on what I saw today I think I'm going to like it. This particular Sam's Club seems to have friendly folks working there. Sam's Club's selection doesn't appear to unduly overlap with the selection at the other places so I think it's going to be a positive addition.
