“There was a miscommunication between an employee and my mother, a long term customer at the Curtis Blvd. Port St John location. When Sarabelle, the manager, learned of this she reached out to us personally to find out what had occurred. She was kind and understanding and made my mother feel better about how the entire situation turned out. Sarabelle is an asset to the company and her customer service skills are top notch. I hope this type of situation will be a teaching moment with the employee that was involved. Our experience with the company has been otherwise great and Sstabelle’s handling of ithe incident was professional and empathetic. I would hire her in a second for my own company.”

“I've been buying auction storage units for the past 18 months. Have probably met almost every manager of a storage unit within 15 miles and can honestly say that Amy is in the top 3 of the best. That's saying a lot as it takes a special person to be able to work with customers, follow the guidelines if the corporate world, yet to still be able to have customers and a well maintained property. It's not easy balancing and doing all that and her years of experience shows thru every day. If I was asked to recommend a storage place, this will be one.”

“Easy to procede with renting online. A person actually answers if you call in with questions. I spoke with someone named Jonathan & he was very pleasant & helpful in answering my questions. I applied & rented & moved my stuff in all in the same day.”
