Great service! We are very satisfied with the service we received from the Shutter Outlet team. They replaced our shutter in the timeframe and the price they quoted. The technicians were knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. It was a substantial job to replace a large shutter on the second floor, but they got it done quickly leaving a clean work site behind them. The office staff was also helpful and responsive. Thank you, Shutter Outlet!

I called 2 companies trying to get repair work completed. No one ever showed up. I spoke with my realtor who told me to contact Lisa at Shutter Outlet. I called her and she spoke with me and answered all my questions, made an appointment and the techs did an outstanding job. All questions were answered regarding cost and what to expect. Best customer service I have had in a long time. I would highly recommend calling Lisa at Shutter Outlet for anything related to shutters. Great company!!!

I contacted shutter outlet to schedule a job to be done at our new home. The first three calls I spoke to a receptionist who transferred me . As instructed by the message someone would contact me if I leave a detailed message. I did so. No one called back.On my 4th call over the course of a weeks time I explained to the receptionist that this is my fourth time calling to give my business to you and no one has called me back. Surprisingly she transferred me and a LISA spoke with me and explained that she would review their schedule and contact me with a work date and time. That never happened.Here is what I did. I called RollTite Shutters on Friday and Stephanie answered and setup Tuesday for a crew to come to our home.3 excellent ,professional and informative workers arrived and completed the job as well as left us with information to help us moving forward with hurricane shutter maintenance. We paid our bill happily and now have a business to count on in the future.This is how a business should work.Note: I operated a business for 50 years before moving to Florida less than a year ago and this is the second occurrence of a business not returning a live lead call for work to be completed . It beyond astonishes me .

I was thrilled at the professionalism from start to finish. The price was reasonable and all of my questions were answered. Installation was done quickly with no mess and I was shown exactly how to open and secure them properly. One of the great parts was that the accordion shutter over the 9 ft slider locks from inside so I'll be able to keep the doggie door open til the last minute if there is nasty weather. They also brought doggie snacks to keep the dog happy. Would definitely recommend them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I started a contract with this company in June 2023, it is now SEP 7. I have been dealing soley with the salesperson, who has promiseed 3 times shutter installation within 4-6 weeks. They came out and did meaurements in June. When I asked them for an update after 4-6 weeks, they sent another person to measure again! Very small beach front balcony. Should not be to hard to install. I have asked by email for updates, every 1-2 weeks. I am continually told 4-6 weeks, and the operations person will contact me. I have not been able to get the operations contact info from them. The phone number via google is invalid. This is a sham company. I did all of their paperwork, and paid a $700 deposit. I think I have been scammed. They obviously have faked their BBB rating. Why did I not see this before? BBB, are you out there?

Good experience. Salesman top notch. Installers top notch. Cost and schedule reasonable. The shutters themselves are of high quality and will certainly do the job for our next hurricane which, hopefully, is years away!

It could be an awesome place if it was ryn correctly. There is no direction with the employees. They come to work high and the owner &as 2 bottles of absolute vodka sitting behind his desk. Just not a place I would want to do a service for me.The owner and his right hand man need to grow up!

We had a horrible experience with Shutter Outlet. It was the worst experience that I have had with a service provider as a homeowner of many decades so that is saying something. It was the most frustrating experience that I have had with any company not to mention my time and money.

I had great experiences with this company. I ordered shutters for my doors first then at a later date shutters for the windows . Both times products were delivered on time which is unheard of specially during pandemic. The installers were courteous and friendly both times. Greg did a fantastic job catching a couple of errors the sales person (for the doors) had made before coming to measure the doors. That helped everyone a lot in the long run. Greg has always been professional and friendly; he listens well and can understand the customer's point of view. He cares about the quality of workmanship and delivered products.Eala, the sales lady for the windows, was great; professional yet friendly.The office personnel Rosseta and Lisa have been very helpful.Last but not least thanks to Kevin for all his time at the start of the 1st order.I highly recommend this company.
