Freda was great! Really good scalp wash and hair condition! Friendly, too!
Hair type: I have multi type hair that knots easily, thick with slight kink, straight fine and medium weight with slight wave curl. It's a nightmare! After the condition, the comb slid easily through my hair.

No regard for people's time. I had an appointment at 1 and patiently waited three and a half to four hours to finally be seen!!!! The place closes at 6. I like the job on my hair and it did not cost as much because we did not have enough time to highlight or color due to the wait. Even after I made an appointment ahead of time? That does not seem right. They need to hire more people then.

Bad service. Appointment for 2:30 Pm. Didn't get started until 3:30. Only 1 Stylist. No bathrooms had to use walmart bathroom with wet hair. Didn't get out of there till 5:00. Just overall bad Business. Will never go back again.

I had went to a different place and they used a semi permanent color and washed out in a few weeks. This was after paying a lot of money... I came in here and my girl hooked me up... fixed my awful hair to make it beautiful again with the Brite color I had wanted. Kim did an awesome job. She knew what I wanted and gave it to me ... I highly recommend her.....

Came in for Highlights and left with no Highlights after 4 hours in the chair, To say I'm extremely disappointed is an understatement, The Stylist assured me that she will fix it at no cost but im very skeptical at this point, My Hair is long so I understand it is a pain to do, I just don't like the fact I paid 126.00 for something I never got, I am now supposed to wait a Few weeks before I can get it done correctly but I really don't know that she's qualified to do this procedure, What am I expected to do? Wait and Pray My hair doesn't get fried or dispute the Charges and go somewhere else..

I have had the worst experience at this location, Kimberly was not very nice and i felt uncomfortable throughout my appointment. i had shown her a photo of what i wanted and i walked out with the exact opposite. i tried showing her the photo of what i wanted again and very rudely she replied “i don’t need to see the photo again, i know what you want.” I left the salon sobbing and had to get my hair fixed at another salon. Please never get your hair cut here.

Cannot get anyone to answer phones or they are disconnected. Ridiculous
