I called customer service today because I was locked out of my account, unfortunately I can't remember the name she said, but whoever she was helped me out a lot and made my day 10 times better. Ps I think her name was leanne but not sure. Thx space coast

Have had an auto loan here for over a year. They’re nice and relatively easy to get a hold of, however the fact that you have to go into a branch or mail things back and forth shows that they are very behind the times and I would not use them in the future, unless I lived very close.
