Very very slow counter service. Everytime I come in here it's 20 to 30 minute wait in line as they only have one person. I have been 2nd in line for 10 minutes. They have 1 person working on a Friday at lunch. Just awful hire more tellers have plenty of bankers looking at people.

The attention was great, I helped my grandma with her account, so we went to this location. Alan DiMarco was the banker and he was amazing, very patient and compassionate. My grandma got to do everything she needed and she felt like a VIP!

Horrible location to go to unless you have all the time in the world to wait to cash your check on Fri being they only have 2 tellers to service the inside and the drive thru. It is consistently very slow. They could do a lot better.

Y'all never order change. It's been over a year of everyone complaining and still y'all can not get it together. I have to literally drive to another bank just to get coins every day.If you need change to run your multi million dollar business: go to another bank.

This is the worst bank. Freddy and Suzanne are completely inept when it comes to customer service and opening banks accounts. Stay away.

Manager Elisa Murphy is in kahoots with a local towing company (Reliable towing & recovery). They have very minimal signage and don't block off parking lot for events. They wait for the lot to fill, then tow everyone, probably about 50 cars. Charge each vehicle over $330 to release. One driver said Elisa facilitates the whole thing and gets paid some cash (illegal). Cash only so then you have to use their ATM because you're stranded in the parking lot. Really messed up situation. Why am I surprised though, it's a bank. Cocoa needs to figure something out or stop throwing events where there isn't adequate parking.
