Y'all never order change. It's been over a year of everyone complaining and still y'all can not get it together. I have to literally drive to another bank just to get coins every day.If you need change to run your multi million dollar business: go to another bank.

This is the worst bank. Freddy and Suzanne are completely inept when it comes to customer service and opening banks accounts. Stay away.

Manager Elisa Murphy is in kahoots with a local towing company (Reliable towing & recovery). They have very minimal signage and don't block off parking lot for events. They wait for the lot to fill, then tow everyone, probably about 50 cars. Charge each vehicle over $330 to release. One driver said Elisa facilitates the whole thing and gets paid some cash (illegal). Cash only so then you have to use their ATM because you're stranded in the parking lot. Really messed up situation. Why am I surprised though, it's a bank. Cocoa needs to figure something out or stop throwing events where there isn't adequate parking.

If you lose your debit card it's $25 to get it in a timely manner otherwise 5-7 days

I've had nothing but problems trying to use this bank I was told I needed two forms of id to open an account so I usually just cash my check but now there saying I need two forms of id just to cash my check with having an account there. I come in every week so they know who I am but yet it's still a hassle.
