Tia and Tristen at the cocoa store saved my life today. My phone was stolen after my vacation cruise. These two young men helped me set up my new phone, answered all my questions and got me out quickly. Great customer service thank you

Great service. Angel got us set up with home internet within 10 minutes. He was able to multitask with a few customers and make sure everyone was taken care of.

Kerry Hewiit and Angel Torres are professional, focused and have integrity. My Samsung Ulta 22 phone stopped working because of a SIM card issue. I took my phone to another T-mobile store, called Samsung customer service and went to the authorized Samsung repair store. Was told thay my phone could be fixed in 3-5 days. Kerry Hewitt had my phone operational in 30 minutes. She was super helpful and competent. She has my business and respect.

Too bad it's such a drive from Titusville to hear that everything has to be done online or over the phone. 85$ is the cheapest line I could get from T-Mobile and that's after 12 years of putting up with the most terrible service out of anyone else I know. Everyone has AT&T in Titusville or Mint mobile. I personally am not an individual who likes change however spectrum is offering myself and my fiance 2 lines with unlimited talk and text with plenty of data for 25$ per month and additional 10$ for my line and you can keep your own number. Whenever my S22 gets old I will get a new phone thanks for letting me down once again T-Mobile. I don't think I would ever come back I think I'd rather have pre pay fip phone from Walmart I e spent tons of money on insurance that the only time I went to use it I was upsold to another phone and basically either paid it off quickly or had a bigger payment for my phone number

The Manager Kerry and Assistant Manager Angel at the Clearlake Road location were amazing! I had gotten taken advantage off at another store by a dishonest rep. earlier that day. They listened to what happened (it was a long story) and took immediate action to help me! Extremely friendly and efficient! They contacted a T-Mobile corporate rep on the phone, and with their help, everything was taken care of and I am extremely satisfied with my service. Thank you all again for you help. I have elevated my issue to the corporate office and filled a formal complaint against the other location.

I originally started my transfer from AT&T to T-Mobile on the phone and everything went great. T-Mobile sent me 3 Sim cards and a wifi tower, I then called back to activate my 2 phones and a tablet. The guy I spoke with doesn't have the skills needed for dealing with people, no doubt he was just reading off a instruction sheet with no idea on what to do so I finally hung up after an hour completely mad. I then went to the T-Mobile store on Clearlake in Cocoa ready to give the equipment back before the switch over was final. The store manager Kerry Hewitt quickly recognized the situation and saved the day for T-Mobile, she was able to calm me down and make everything right.Thank you Kerry

My family went into this T-Mobile location a few days ago to switch from AT&T. We were all so amazed by the customer service we received from Kerry and her team! Absolutely exceptional! Kerry goes above and way beyond to ensure her customers needs are met. Many people can learn a thing or two from this team on how to treat their customers!

They only got the extra star because this store has been helpful in the past, but current management is appalling, and it carries over to some employees. The manager is incredibly rude and unhelpful and it seems lazy, as she told me I could not cancel my home internet in store and had to call the customer service line, which helpfully informed me I could cancel the service in my nearest T mobile store. I will inconvenience myself to travel to another store due to this store’s uncaring and deprecating attitude.

WAS best I've been to. The lady, especially, is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. This review left in Oct. But, I had forgotten, if a person is disabled and unable to stand (for the LONG waits), then they're ignored. My friend sat down, and both employees, evening of Dec. 12, allowed someone (one of their friends?) to get ahead. This has happened before. Especially "just anyone" WHO CAN STAND, breaking the line. From now on, PLEASE, ALL T-MOBILE STORES, HAVE EVERYONE TAKE A NUMBER. Having a separate line to pay bills would be a huge help. There are really long waits at times. Btw, the customer who attempted to go in person to pay a bill had ALL his $ STOLEN. I was going to lend $ for phone bill, but he was too upset and we were exhausted. I should have stood there waiting. The T-Mobile company won't give a written statement, for some reason; the high price of a new phone, (bought at Melb. mall store), just KEEPS GOING ON. They just went from 5 stars to 2. They also allowed a non-service (chihuahua) dog in there, Dec. 12.

Workers at this store are awesome. But t mobile in general I rate them 0 stars. Nothing but signal issues for a year,, slow data speeds, had to buy wifi in order to use my phone. Not getting the service I pay for. I will be switching over to another carrier.
