100% would give 0 stars if I could. The cashier was very rude and wouldn't help me at all without charging a fee. Go to the store on merritt Island where they actually care about their customers.

Jessica .. Jessie... is an angel on earth... I can't ignore when someone surpass the customer service and kindness of those employees at Cocoa store 7325. I can't ignore when someone surpass the customer service and kindness of those employees at Cocoa UPS store. Jessie are incredibly oriented to their customer attention and how they makes you feel like part of the UPS family... Since we moved to Space Coast Florida from Charleston to work with rockets, we found exceptional attention at this store beside others UPS stores all over the beach area and Titusville as well.
Please let her know how valuable she are and motivate them to keep the highest level of attention to us ... your customers . Thanks to all !! We love UPS more now because Jessica and the amazing human resources inside those stores.

I will start out by saying that UPS has always been my go-to for notary needs. However, today's trip to this particular branch left me perplexed and in search of a new place to conduct business. The supervisor was unwilling to notarize a paper for me, and when I attempted to present the facts of the nature, ignorance outweighed pedagogy. In any sense, I decided to take my paperwork to another UPS store ( Cheney hwy and Barna) in Titusville, where the notary was able, willing, and educated to notarize such documents.

the folks in this store are so nice, and always so helpful. they also have Notary available and amazon returns are so simple to with these people.

The customer service was great, the associates were in their uniforms very professional. When I saw the supervisor cleaning the front door of hand prints it told me that they care about their work environment and I will always go to that location.

The UPS store in Cocoa is very convenient to my home and work. The staff is quick and friendly. They have most everything you need for packing. They also process Amazon returns. This was the first place I ever did an Amazon return to and it was effortless. In some cases, you can just bring them the unboxed item but I think all of that is controlled by amazon. They also processed my equipment return for Spectrum. For this area parking can be tight but over all there is always a space close by.

Today’s January 30, 2024, 5:37 PM. I just left the UPS store returning an item. I told the young man that I had never returned an item before, but had pulled up the code. He scanned it mumbled have a good day. I wasn’t sure if that’s exactly what I heard. I asked him is that all I don’t have to pay he cut me very short and waved me off. Not sure what the attitude was about.
