I absolutely love going to this store. I can get whatever my critters need from here 7 days a week. Just last Sunday I ran out of milk for my calf and was able to go right there and pick up some more. There are no feed stores open on Sunday anywhere but luckily we got tractor supply. They are life savers. Thanks so much for being here.

The manager Robert is always very helpful. Also this week I wanted to purchase a large cart that was available at the Mims store only. Alison drove to Mims and picked it up so I wouldn't have to order it from the website and pay shipping. Such great customer service! I love this store.

Purchased an electric fence solar unit with factory and power plan 1 year extended warranty. After 8 months the unit dies. Took back to store, associate sent me away told me to call warranty number. Callled tractor supply claims who was very clear that I should exchange it in store, under factory warranty. Manager Heather processed an an exchange. Even then she said “I can’t say other stores would do this for you”. I have no idea why the warranty process is so unknown. 2 stars for at least having these products available locally.

I want to thank everyone that was working this morning when I came in to look for specific ground anchors. I called ahead, came in and everyone was extremely helpful from the very beginning! Andi took me to the isle, and a tall fellow helped me grab the last 30 foot straps from the top shelf. I highly recommend this store for all your outdoor/pet needs. You got a returning customer out of me!

This review has nothing to do with the cocoa store.I ordered 4 cases of cat food online (took 45 mins because their app is worthless).This is the only place that carries my cat's food. While usually there is no problem with the order this time instead of shipping the cat food in their original cases they threw them into a box and shipped them loose in the box with nothing to keep them from getting damaged. The cat food comes in a foil like can very soft easily damaged and once damaged it usually cannot be used.I order the same 4 cases of cat food every month without a problem but this was not what I was expecting or wanted why couldn't they just leave them in their cases so the hard cardboard case would protect them from damage.

Sold me a cub cadet tractor with FOUR tires off the bead, refused to swap them out or rectify. Misinformed me about credit points, gift card, and promotional financing. I've used this tractor 4 hours, got stuck twice, had to be pulled out. No punctures in tires. Ts refused to replace within the 30 day warranty, said they didn't have equipment to to repair, and that cub cadet was responsible. Cc does not cover tires as they don't assemble. $3k of absolute garbage. Didn't get my gift card or points as promised, either. Don't recommend cub. Cadet or tractor supply.

Everything went well! We got what we needed, and we were swindled into buying stuff we didn't need! All in all great, the problem started when we got to the register. We signed up for the card, but we had a little problem so the manager had to call a number. On the phone with this person, Robert exposed my personal information for practically the whole store to hear. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he proceeded to tell me that since the people closest to the register at the time were of Latino origin, it wasn't that big of a problem. I didn't appreciate that, because I am of Latino origin as well, yet he assumed I wasn't because of my skin and my accent. Shame. Shame on Robert.
