They sell junk cars. They patch and put band-aids on so the car runs long enough to get it off the lot . Then it breaks down, no need to ask Tropical Motors for help because they won't. Once the car is off the lot. It's your problem. I drove the car less than 100 miles and the transmission went out. They tell me that the car was fine when I bought it. So there is nothing they can or will do!! This to me should be a crime. 8-9-24

Just bought a 2013 Nissan juke that drove fine during the test drive and the way home. As soon as I pulled into a parking spot, it died. Do not go to this place they act all friendly, but will scam you.

There prices were good and the people were easy to get along with typical sales people sold me a car that otw home overheated because of heater core hose leak which cost $249 thankful I could do the work myself bc they wanted $1400 for parts and labor didn’t even offer to pay for the part when I called just told me too add coolant never offered to return or reimburse me for anything didn’t offer too try too help with anything took me on a backroad test drove probably so I wouldn’t notice that decelerating at high speeds causes vibration and the center console doesn’t have any way of opening glad I talked them down $800 also has a tire sensor out and the shifter is throwing a code and my hood isn’t aligned right so my remote start doesn’t work bc it’s not registering it’s closed

We bought a 2011 Chevy Equinox. We thought it was a good price at $3500 out the door! WRONG!!!! DO NOT!! REPEAT!!!!.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE WE WERE LOW BALLED!!! EVEN THOUGH WE WHERE DESPERATE FOR A CAR BECAUSE OUR CAR PRETTY MUCH BROKE DOWN AND WE NEEDED A CAR! YES WE BOUGHT AS IS BUT YOU WOULD THINK IT WOULD ONLY NEED A FEW DOLLARS!!!!!! NOT ONLY THAT HE GOT MOST OF THE PAPER WORK DONE AND THEN TOLD US IT WAS A REBUILT TITLE! WE WERE STUCK
NEEDING A CAR AND IT COST US THOUSANDS TO GET IT FIXED!!!!!! THANKS NICK!!
