We had a great experience at tropical motors. We had been looking for a vehicle for over month we happen to just stop by and James came up to us. Him and my husband hit it off and he showed us a Lexus suv. He was very professional and was very honest about the vehicle. Showed us all the fluids went over the whole vehicle with us. I went an bought a car from tropical motors and had it for two weeks and then the motor blowed and then they had my tag they were holding my tag and title because they said I owed 3805 when I damn near bought the car for four grand already would tag attacks and title they said All they do is scam you worst place to go for a car wouldn't recommend it

I stopped at 5 different little car lots and before I came to tropical sales and I wish I came here first. Don’t let the size of the lot deter you from checking out all the great selections they have.
With reasonable, and affordable prices this place is hard to beat. Stop here first if you are looking for a new vehicle. Ask for Misty she will take great care of you.

They lied directly to my face knowing they were selling me a lemon …check engine light came on on the way home three weeks later everything started breaking down on me to the point it won’t even turn in anymore

This dealership sucks! They sell cars knowing they have issues and problems and they will lie right to your face and tell you everything is great! No problems! They even said everything was great either our vehicle in their ad! They get you to sign an ‘as is’ bill of sale, and send you off. The check engine light came on in the Mazda CX-7 we bought on the way home!! We had to change the thermostat, the belt, the passenger window motor, and then the car wouldn’t go anymore. I finally called Misty in the office (she wouldn’t answer my texts or calls two months earlier) and they sent me to their mechanic in Melbourne. They said the rest of the repairs are $733 (I already spent $700 on repairs), and I asked Tropical Motors to pay for it so my 18 year old daughter can get her car back to drive to school. Now their mechanic isn’t answering the phone either. We need our car fixed!! We paid a total of $3300 for this vehicle. The owner of Tropical, Nick, also owns Carabunga car sales on Babcock in Melbourne and they’re even worse! Their mechanic said that Nick sells cars to people knowing they have issues and they lie right to your face and on their ads
saying nothing is wrong with their vehicles! It’s unethical!!! BEWARE OF THESE CAR DEALERSHIPS AND DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!

Worst place there is gave me a car dirty that was stained said they are going to detail it and then after that charged me 200 in dealer fees and 30 dollars to clean the car and left it very dirty then after I had the car it didn’t have no lights on the dash no check engine but when I got home it started messing up first has a big oil leak then after that now the thermostat on the car is locked up and broken so my car overheated I’m so tired I spent 4200 dollars on this damn car and to be this bad I would have been better off buying it on marketplace worst place do not recommend 2014 Buick encore

This place is horrible take advantage of people just to get a sell should be ashamed of themselves. My dad bought a vehicle here they didn’t even detail it at all it was filthy I had to clean it for him and it’s still looks nasty. Car is filled with roaches it’s horrible for the price come on really detail it fix the problem stop taking advantage of seniors like that. Nasty place don’t buy a car here. I will be uploading more photos also to the better business bureau. Several other mechanical issues is wrong with the car and now when it’s brought up to them they want close to $1,000 like seriously. Here is one picture I will be uploading more. That first picture is the oil leak.

James was reliable and easy to deal from start to finish on my truck purchase today! We found the truck on marketplace last night and I'm currently on my way home in it by 1pm. I recommend using tropical motors for your previously owned vehicles
