I ordered online for curbside pickup. The most confusing and frustrating app. It charged me three times for my order. They really need to invest in better software. Other than that, it’s great not to have to come into the store where they treat all their customers like they are thieves. Side-by-side purchase comparison to Public’s InstaCart I find Walmart cheaper but it’s such a hassle to deal with them I usually decide to pay more for better customer service.

Check your meet as soon as it comes through the door from delivery! I almost started to eat hot dogs that were expired in May that I had delivered the end of June. Ridiculous!

I walked into the restroom with my daughter, there was a wet floor sign at the door. I assumed it had just been cleaned. I took my daughter into the big stall. We heard some one else enter soon after and I assumed it was another customer using the bathroom. My daughter is 2 years old and was being very loud. It was clear we were in there doing our business. When I opened the stall door, a male worker was there with cleaning supplies, and the closed sign on the bathroom. He moved the closed sign so that we could exit. I was immediately uncomfortable and offended because this man did not announce himself upon entering. And since no one else was there, it was clear he had been in there nearly the whole time my daughter and I were in there. My husband went to the supervisor to complain and they said it is policy among all Walmart locations to walk in and start cleaning, but they should announce themselves. Then he accused me of walking passed the close for cleaning sign until my husband explained that there was no closed sign and the cameras were reviewed. I am extremely offended that a man was quietly in the bathroom with me and my daughter. Do not go here unless you’d like to feel violated!

They are always running out of the things other Walmarts have for example breakfast burritos and no one ever answers the phone when you call to try and get any information or feedback.

Any walmart is hell but lately they have gotten much worse, either stocking in the middle of shopping hours which makes it difficult to reach or find items. And frankly doesn't make any sense since they no longer stay open overnight. To the chaotic disarray of the layouts. If they weren't a freaking mega Corp I would say go anywhere else. But we all know they've made it so they're sometimes the only viable cost effective option in town.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I’m not one to to leave bad reviews or reviews at all, But if you can go to a different Walmart, I would recommend it. This isn’t my first issue. I’ve had this Walmart, but this is the most recent and what sent me to post this review. Now, as someone who has worked in retail and still in customer service, I know it’s not an easy job And I could understand if one or even maybe two employees gave me misinformation But I had three employees relay the same message. The type of payment I was using would be able to be accepted at the self check out, Two hours later over 50 items and over $200 On top of a 20 minute self checkout process I was then proceeded to be told by the same employee who told me I could use it that I wasn’t able to, and after explaining the situation to the manager, she Refused to even try to offer a sliver of help or anything after hearing the situation. Word of advice don’t go in there unless you know Exactly what you’re getting and what you’re doing or you could end up like me going to a different Walmart at 9 o’clock at night to spend $200 and do the same thing over again because apparently we don’t educate our Employees anymore.
