If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter had to use the bathroom and even though the store was open they told her the bathrooms were closed… by having the bathrooms closed, they missed out on our food and coffee purchase and our gas purchase. I don’t understand, if the store is open, we are your bathrooms closed!! Open 24 hrs should mean the whole facility is open 24 hrs!!

Just had the Bacon Avocado Club Sandwich from Wawa, and it was honestly the best one I’ve had so far. I think it’s normally supposed to come toasted, but I’ve never actually gotten it that way until now, and it made a huge difference. The toasted bread gave it the perfect crunch and really brought the whole sandwich together.
The bacon was crispy, the avocado was fresh, and everything just tasted really solid. I’ll definitely be making sure it is toasted from now on.
Only downside was the pickup experience. We ordered through the app, and while the food was ready, it wasn’t on the mobile order rack, it was sitting where the in-store orders go. One of the staff called out our name like we had just ordered at the counter, so I’m not sure how long it had been sitting there. A bit confusing, but thankfully the food still held up and tasted great.

In Rockledge, being an out of towner, I needed a special order item that is sometimes available at specific locations. I call WaWa on W. King St. and Sierra answered my phone call. She took time from her busy schedule to confirm they had the item which they did have it. Big win! Sierra went above and beyond what was expected of customer service and proved to be honest and credible. She has integrity and a strong commitment to WaWa's store brand. Sierra and Chris are highly appreciated for their customer service. They deserve high praise and recognition for being upstanding WaWa Store Associates. Thank you so much, Sierra! 💯👏😇🎉🎊

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. Atm froze up and wouldn't refund me my money the atm didn't dispense and then made my drink wrong. Absolute worst service I've ever had. Manager was of zero help I'll start driving farther for better service.

Always Low quality food no good taste on any product they offer.

I come from PA where there is a wawa around every corner. I recently moved to this area and have never been to such a poor excuse for a Wawa convenience store. There is almost always something missing or wrong. If it's correct, it's put together with such carelessness. Needs new management AND staff

I was in town visiting, and went to Wawa for a sub. I get it home and took a bite out of it and the meat was spoiled. I got sick soon afterwards. I gave the other half to my brother in-law and he said the same thing. This needs to go to the health department. Tgey need to shut this place down until they get it together.

what the heck happened to Wawa? We drive 6 miles out of our way because I was telling my wife how amazing Wawa is, and this place is like a disgusting cut rate version of Quiktrip. I have been telling her about how great Wawa is for the longest time and I feel so disappointed!

Store owes me 400 dollars. I have a limit to two atm transactions per day on my debit card. I typed my pin in and it automatically withdrew 60 dollars and I didn’t hit anything else but type my PIN number and I lost a transaction. Card was inserted pin was entered and was told to remove card and money came out. Never touched the screen or any other buttons I needed 800 for a SERIOUS MATTER and now I am screwed. Plus everyone In there begs you for money and workers are on drugs. Worst wawa ever.

came in tonight for gas. there was one old guy named jim on register. line was 10 people and him was scanning the same lottery ticket for like 5 minutes. so i ran out of patience and asked if i could speak to a manager. he told me no they’re all tied up. than kept playing with the same lottery ticket. right after security and manager come out of the office. security guard was high and extremely rude. as was jim. jim went as far as asking the manager to kick me out and make me leave. all though i’ve done nothing wrong but ask for a manager and tried to get gas. absolutely the worste wawa i’ve been to in florida. complete trash

Since Wawa brought in Security!!! It has definitely cleaned up this place! It used to be a lot worse... There are some homeless people but at least I don't get asked for money or cigarette's!!!
