Not a prime location, one clerk serving five customers in line on a Friday. Seriously, WF, you can't do better than that? Two stars, honestly maybe one.

Not even one star...with a company doing bank deposits and such, our expectations are high for simple procedures. ever since using this bank, the drive through lines, although great customer service, are unnecessarily long waits. I’m doing this review as I sit in my car for over FORTY FIVE MINUTES. i purposefully set a return time later in the afternoon for my business with the understanding that it may take a little time considering. but this is ridiculous. there are multiple lanes, but very few tellers and you can audibly hear multiple people in their vehicles upset and complaining. again, I arrived at the drive thru at 12:15pm and it’s now 1:04pm just NOW leaving. Unacceptable! I’m aware this issue will not be resolved anytime soon, but I’m not comfortable going to this branch anymore due to not knowing how long I will have to wait in the future.

The drive thru only is open. It's filthy.

The female manager of the bank offers absolutely no customer service. The problem mainly lies with the individual staff at this branch. They constantly treat customers with disdain and make managing your money almost impossible. If you need anything done in a timely manner, you can just forget it. There are other branches in the area that can service you with some basic respect.

I am getting out of this bank as soon as possible. I had to deposit and insurance check for hurricane damage. THEY HELD THE CHECK FOR 2 WEEKS!! Their reasoning, it was a "suspicious" check and also because I had a couple of "insufficient funds" in the past 6 months. I never deposited a check that wasn't good. AND THE CONTRACTORS NEEDED THE MONEY. But they didn't care. I have been a customer for over 18 years. And as soon as it clears, I'm taking my business elsewhere. They are not customer friendly and I don't trust them now.

Forgot to transfer money from my PayPal to my checking account and bounced a check. Actually they paid it but charged me a $35 NSF charge. OK. That was my bad. I understand that this is how they make money...BUT...the next day they went back and charged me another NSF charge for a $25 payment that I saw clear the day before online. There was a positive balance then the payment cleared leaving a positive balance and that night the check I wrote bounced because I forgot to make the transfer. The bank went back in time to make the bounced check come in first so that the second one would come in when there was a negative balance. They explained on the phone after a half hour wait and I had to call back then the Main Office was supposed to call me but they didn't...so when I called back AGAIN, I was told that they put all the charges for the day in FIRST...then the will add any deposits AFTER...so that they can charge you outrageous Non Sufficient Funds Fees. I'm not a millionaire and I already felt awful and dirty even dealing with Wells Fargo in the first place, so I'm closing my account. After spending nearly all day trying to resolve this with them they finally offered half of one NSF charge which was $17.50 as a FAVOR to me. I declined
