I was so happy that I found a real pharmacy that wasn't a big chain. The first time I went in October of 2024 I had a great experience and the woman who helped me was very friendly and pleasant. The next time I went was November 10 or so to pick up a different prescription and a refill of the other I first received. Unfortunately I was told the dr. Didn't call it in with the order. I wasn't told anything else but did realize it would have been too early for a refill anyway. I called my dr today because I need it now and they said theres a refill for it at the pharmacy because they wrote it for a 90 day suply so there should be 2 refills. I called the pharmacy and I said how i was there and was told they didn't have refill on it but my dr said they fo.
The woman who i know now is the owner was so RUDE and spoke to me like i was an incapable of comprehention because "it didn't sink in" when they told me the policy. I said EXCUSE ME??? Dont speak to me that way its very rude! I wasn't told anything about that and she continuedvto be very nasty after 3 or calls back n forth with dr me them and dr etc. I got an employee that was nice and I said jokingky please dont put thst other women on cause I'll wind up ch9king her shes so rude... WELL in todays world nobody can kid around and everything is taken to the extreme... I understand that everything is exagerated and I have a personality without a filter but cmon.... needless to say the owner thecrude one took the phone and said I AM DELETING YOUR PROFILE DONT EVER COME HERE I WIL TRESPASS YOU and hung up.
I am sorry I was joking and I should've not said that however they were wrong for not telling me thaty had refill when i went there and didn't explain the issue. And i wasn't told anything at al when i originally went tge first time. Instead of being so nasty to begin with the whole thing would have been avoided. I don't care if it's the day before a holiday and you are dealing with an employee who obviously makes mistakes... DONT TALK TO ME LIKE IM UNEDUCATED AND CANT COMPREHEND INSTRUCTIONS. It's typical for many of the people I have encountered. They say ny people are rude... Not the case ... FL people are worse.

My experiences with CVS and Walgreens over the years have deteriorated so drastically that I decided to try my luck with a local pharmacy and boy howdy was it the best decision I've ever made. The family and employees here are awesome. They get stuff done and treat you right. Never again, chain pharmacies.

The staff there is absolutely RUDE! I tried to call the pharmacist Dawn Butterfield there today to explain that my wife's doctor said it was ok to keep the extra medicine but she was not even trying to let me explain. I was not able to get a sentence out and she just rudely cut me off, expressed she wasn't interested in what I had to say and "she wasn't dealing with this no more" and hung up. Poor service, would not recommend you even go in there to ask for directions.

Absolutely fantastic neighborhood pharmacy. I I I find prices to be far less than big box pharmacies. Whether it's covered by insurance or not. They're great to work with you when you're in need. None of that corporate garbage.
