compre el curso y la experiencia no ha sido buena. Recibi libros usados en mal estado, antes de haer el pago, contestaron mis correos y llamadas de inmediato, ahora no me contestan, el curso y su pagina online es poco intuitiva y dificil de encontrar y seguir el curso, ademas las clases virtuales con un maestro son solo una vez por semana. en general no lo recomiendo, estoy seguro que es posible encontrar una mejor experiencia de usuario

Starting the process of getting your license can be overwhelming. I reached out to 1 Exam Prep and they guided me through the whole process of getting the books and studying I needed to be successful during the exams. There is no way to pass the tests without a game plan. I did all my studying and practice tests with them and it paid off. I went into the test confident and had a game plan to make my time efficient. Nedy Landa helped me throughout the whole process to get my application done and submitted to the State after I passed the test as well. She was great answering all my questions

Great experience with Nedy She provided excellent service with my application for additional licensure. She and her staff were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had during the process. She made the application process very pleasant and easy!

I have two experiences with 1 Exam Prep. I did purchase the books for the GC testing prep, I did not use their online weekly classes but found the practice tests to be invaluable. I passed all three tests the first time and did receive my book deposit back long after it was promised and with a few unnecessary phone calls.The second part of my review relates to the application processing that 1 Exam Prep offers. To date, after four months of back-and-forth emails, supplying my information related to my work experience, and filling out their online spreadsheet, I am nowhere closer to having had my application submitted by 1 Exam Prep.I paid for my credit reports to be included with my application, but to date, I have not received these.I did have a few good conversations with Nedy, and it seemed like they were on track to get things completed, but today I am compelled to write a review of my dissatisfaction with the lack of response and return of my application fees which have produced no results.I did receive an email from Nedy over a week ago expressing that she was the one to have dropped the ball on the whole application and that a refund and any documentation would be forthcoming. Again, after my email response thanking her for rectifying the situation, there is no response.Unfortunately, I will need to take 1 Exam Prep to Small Claims court and waste more time. I should have had my license months ago.

1 Exam Prep is exactly as advertised. Peter has been my point of contact since December 2022. He gave great advice in how to navigate the somewhat complicated process of attaining a FL Pool Service Contractor License. I signed up for the Business and Finance online class with Miss Fay and found it extremely helpful. I successfully passed my Business and Finance exam last Saturday, due in large part to their help. The books that were included were tabbed and most useful. I also intend on using their guidance and assistance in finalizing my state license in the upcoming months. Highly recommended!! As advertised!
