No receipt paper in the pumps, the pump touch screens don’t work. The Indian guy inside said they don’t have receipt paper in there either. How are they allowed to run a business like this??? They’re not maintaining what they should.

So far two of the male workers can't even respond when you say hello to them . The older india looking guy and a younger guy . You are in customer relations and representing 7-11, if the store gives a funk .

Every time I come in to load my card, it's always an issue. I came in on 03/15 and was lied to by saying "we don't load cards here" once I informed them that I was there the day before, they miraculously learned how to load cards... today is 03/15 at 5:08 pm.
I was told "we don't load cards here" I told them that I've been loading my card here for the past three days. Then they decided TO LIE, and say "our manager only comes in after one" mind you,it's 5:08PM. Once I informed them that's its well after one, this ding bat then claims the manager leaves at 4. If you don't want to do this simple service, STOP OFFERING IT.

Hey guys, this new Chris guy you have working for you really doesn't seem to like Spanish speaking people that have a hard time speaking English. He didn't seem to care that client's were near by to hear him complain about a group of people he doesn't understand the struggles of.
