London the finance manager, won't let you buy the car without warranty. He will sit there and argue with you for hours about it.

One of the worst dealerships out there very not good customer service a lot of people in there very easy they just stay on there and do nothing. They don't know how to communicate with a client that's buying a car and she was very good respect they do not have morals and if you need anything done to your car or anything like that it's a whole three week mission just to get it done very unreliable and never get their package deal because everything they have is a lie they don't offer you at least car when you cars to the shop or anything at alljust bought a car they said them had paper plates come in months ago paper plates expired

Located in the Commerce Square auto plaza, Al Hendrickson Toyota is a large dealership with a vast selection of new & used Toyota models such as Camry, Corolla, Rav4, Highlander, Tundra, and much more. The pre-owned vehicles are located in a building across the street. I usually have a bit of uncertainty when it comes to getting service done at a dealership because of their prices and I could probably get the same thing done elsewhere at a reasonable price, but depending on the situation, like particular parts or a service not provided at another mechanic shop, then coming to the dealership would be beneficial in keeping your vehicle running efficiently...though it may hurt your pockets.I had an appointment for my vehicle's 2-year maintenance which consisted of engine oil & filter change, rotate tires, multi-point and fluids inspection. I pulled into the service station and met Service Advisor, Mr. Jarrett, who was very cordial. He quickly got the needed information and printed the work invoice. I took a seat in the showroom located in the front of the building. It wasn't so crowded, just a few patrons conversing with sales people trying to see if they qualify for a vehicle (I assume). There's a big flat screen tv in the middle of the room airing ESPN. Against the wall there are vending machines dispensing cold beverages and snacks...bottle water is free. Parts and Finance department is also located in the building. The employees seem to be in high spirit walking around providing friendly and professional customer service. It was a bit over a two hour wait, but I utilized the time wisely by writing this detailed review. When the service was completed, Mr. Jarrett approached me and handed me my key. Everything with my baby was ok. She even felt different (in a good way) driving out of the lot. All she needs now is a good detail clean & wash. Thank you Al Hendrickson Toyota for your satisfactory service.

Ultimately we are really excited about our new car. This experience was a bit bumpy so I'm happy it's over. Can't say I'd totally recommend this place but we knew what we wanted and Renee was able to assist and get us in a great new car. The atmosphere here is very different and definitely not for everyone. I almost think they have too many salesmen. So many people walking around, hanging out, talking loudly... it's a different kind of dealership for sure. We've had Lexus cars the past 6 years and are used to a more elevated experience if that makes sense. Aesthetically I think this dealership could use some interior upgrades. It's super old and outdated. Salesmen share offices and even do deals at round tables in an open area. That was shocking for me to see. The entire process took about 6 hours. Not terrible but I was exhausted at the end and just wanted to home. I was there from 4:30-10pm. Again, this place isn't for everyone. After reading the other reviews I don't think we'll get our car serviced here ever but it was a decent experience. I hate car buying but I think between the manager, finance and Renee we did ok.

The service department is terrible. Half of the Service Advisors are not with any one at any given time, they are usually on the computers, looking perplexed at the screens while there is a line of customers trying to figure out which one to go to. In the confusion, customers unintentionally cut lines. And then finally, they tell you that you are next, you walked up to a desk, and they said that they are not your advisor and some one else is, so you are back in line again. There are 10-12 advisors, so I asked: how am I supposed to know? They said the scheduler should have told you and the name is also in the reminder text. Nope - none of that happened: scheduler did not tell me and there was no reminder text. This is my experience 3 times in a row. Their tag line is "It's all about you. Al cares"Al may care, but not his team. I bought my car here, but will be taking my car to another dealer for service.

I am a woman and I feel I was taken advantage of. I went in to test a used car that was listed $20700, my trade in was a Toyota Corolla with only 89000 miles on it. I ended up buying the car and somehow they charged me the original price, $20700, and the trade in went all in taxes and fees. How is that possible? They valued the trade in $5000 (low for a 89000 miles Toyota) and somehow it was all used up in taxes and fees. I read that under Florida Law it’s illegal to charge any fees other than title and registration, that are not included in the advertised price. So the total amount of taxes and fees over the advertised price (6% taxes would be $1242), should have been less than $2000, not $5000..Nobody during the sale showed or explained the fees nto me and I was not given any paperwork or pen drive with any documents about the sale, which is a sign of shady business. If I am able to get any assistance with this I will update this review, otherwise I think I will have to resolve it through small claim court.PS. I was able to obtain my documentation: taxes were only $1151. over $3750 in fees have been added. A sales manager explained to me that they wrote it somewhere in the fine prints that they would be adding this outrageous amount of fees. So keep in mind when going to this dealership that they will add about $3750 to the advertised price and that’s more than most dealers try to add. Their trade in quotes are also very low as my Toyota Corolla with 87000 miles was first quoted $3000

Called ahead, made an appointment, and had an approved estimate, but a $5,000 "dealer fee" was added by the finance guy at the last minute. We explained that the estimate was already approved days earlier. We were told, "Good luck finding a better deal." We split and found a great deal elsewhere within an hour.Don't go to this place unless you want to lose money and be insulted.Friendly sales staff.

Avoid like the plague. My first time walking in wasn't a good vibe and I've had friends with questionable service experiences. But they had the exact vehicle I wanted come in (after i had been to every other dealership in the county). Talk about con-artists. I survived and came out on top. We had an agreed upon price (with a signed good-faith estimate). When I went to financing, they started playing games - changing numbers in the loan, offering ridiculous interest rates (w/o a credit check), changing numbers again after I caught them. 4 hours with these crooks AT the financing table (when you think its finally over). Worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I've never seen such blatant deceitfulness. Eventually they realized they couldn't pull one over on me and gave up. Crooks.

Al Hendrickson car dealership uses false and misleading advertisements to get you in the door. Once inside, They'll waste your time for an hour at minimum, and then high ball the numbers. If you have a potential trade, the estimate is well under the market value. You'll come out frustrated with and not even close to a deal because the premise was, Let's lie to the public to get you in the door and then lie again, once you're inside. Avoid this dealership, and you will save you time, headaches, and frustration. You'll also save your peace of mind.

Service technicians do not take good care of vehicles when working on them. They have damaged multiple vehicles of mine over the years. Today I dropped of my brand new 2023 4Runner for its first oil change which I had an appointment for. It took 4 hours for them to complete. When I went to pick up the vehicle. All of the wheels are damaged from the airgun because they slammed the gun and socket into the face of the rim. The Service Manager tried to say the damage is old. The vehicle does not even have 5000 miles on it and is in for its first service. Nice Try. He said that I damaged the wheels. Again, Nice Try. I asked them to replace the wheels and they said they can paint and repair them. I asked if the repair is covered for life, and they stated no. So, I explained they need to replace the wheels sine they damaged them and they cannot guarantee their work.14 years and 6 4Runners later. I will never return here, not to purchase and definitely not for service. This is completely unacceptable.

I have to honestly say that I have had an amazing experience! I am a very business savvy, no-nonsense person and I went in knowing that I only needed a vehicle for one of my businesses. I don’t even wanna see a car get me my financing first then show me what you can get with what you can get approved otherwise I don’t wanna see anything, when I tell you that, Sam and Jenna went above and beyond if it’s an Understatement!Well, Jenna went and worked on financing. Sam knew that they had just gotten a trade-in that was in the body shop. He took me to see the car in the body shop hadn’t even been on the lot yet wasn’t even on the website yet and I said OK done deal very basic. That’s what I need and it was done. They finish the work on it. I picked it up. Two days later the financing was already done. I’ve already made my first payment two weeks early. I am truly truly happy. When I trade this in for an upgrade to a larger truck to expand my business, I will be going back to Sam and Jenna. Thank you all so much. I truly appreciate you. Now, the only bad thing is, I got my car with no gas in it and a dead key fob battery but that’s all right?Great Job Team!Monique (Nikia)

Wasn’t a great experience I was an easy buyer came in with my own financing and knew exactly what I wanted. Test drive, check engine light was on, I purchased and left it and picked it up three days later, not only did the light come back on when I drove off but all the tires were flat and I was missing parts on the vehicle on pick up that I notice on the car. Manager didn’t have an answer why they had the car 3 extra days and didn’t address these issues, plus I got the car with less than half a tank of gas .. But the ppl were nice overall just wish I got service to match the politeness.
