I ordered an iPhone upgrade with them and clearly specified I wanted a black phone and they ordered me a purple one. It also took a week longer than expected. I'd recommend going to a store that listens to what you want especially when you're upgrading to a thousand dollar phone.

Do yourself a favor & stay away from this store, I had to cancel everything they did & renew everything on the phone with a qualified at&t agent nothing but a huge headache and a bill that was absolutely ridiculous. After going over everything with the agent on the phone my bill was reduced by over $100. Plus they wouldn't let me return an item because a manager wasn't in the store. Wasted 2 days of my time and still have the item.

AVOID THESE CROOKS! Absolute liars and theives. There is no other explanation for my experience with this location. Wanted to add a line to an existing account. They created a new account under the guise of it saving me money. Almost all pricing given was a lie. They said the second phone was free, then it was $5 per month... in the end it was $27. I was charged $248 through autopay within a few days with another bill for $298 to follow, neither of which was explained or disclosed. I had to spend hours speaking with customer service to fix what they did. They then refused to take equipment returns as agreed on 2 separate occasions and refused to provide a regional managers number. They clearly will say whatever they want and then pad your account to generate commissions for themselves.The best part is the 2 people we dealt with are the store manager and assistant manager. Go anywhere but there.

I would like extend kudos to the team at AT&T on Hillsboro Blvd. I especially want to recognize Daniel (manager) for always going above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer service experience. Daniel assisted me and my family with our cellular needs and he was very kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable, outstanding and extremely attentive to our needs. Very incompetant staff. Rep was on his phone with headphones on the whole time! Everybody just on their phones unwilling to help! I asked if I could change the user id which i dont have acces to rep replied 'oh! Then nothing can be done about that!'

Ported from T-Mobile to AT&TI get calls from At&T to At&T, but other operators can't call me. It goes straight to voicemail, and I don't receive messages either.I call support, no one knows how to fix the problem. I've been in this terrible situation for five days. this is ridiculous.
