“Hi, I just wanted to say that I went to battery express because my food truck Big L.A. got the munchies had a problem with the batteries and they said that they can put the batteries in and I went there almost the day before Christmas and they were very very nice to us. They helped us in every way possible. It’s very difficult to find a decent battery place that doesn’t overcharge or run you through the mail. The woman I assume was the owner or cashier was extremely nice pleasant and very knowledgeable. I just wanted to tell anybody that if you’re stuck, and you don’t have any place to go and you don’t know who to trust , these guys got it and they will help you. Thank you battery express for putting Big L.A. got the munchies back on the road. !”

Chris took the time to help me with each one, check the problems, tell me what I should do, etc. He checked the tire pressure on each tire for me and then even gave me his tire pressure key chain so I could check my tires later since my sensor was off.Great group of people and great experience! I will definitely be coming here for all of my car needs next time too.”

“Absolutely great customer service!!!!! The manager Chris came out a personally helped me with my Fiat 500L I was having battery problems. He ran a diagnostic test and showed me where it was only running on 1 cylinder. He is truly amazing. The store was very clean and all employees were enthusiastic. “Bought radiator cap for 1 car and oil Change supplies for another car. I installed the radiator cap and in test driving it was still leaking for the 1st 10 minutes 15 minutes it was on it was on so I drove on over to o'reilly over to o'reilly and propose a few questions too. Being I just bought it and I was so close he said chances are it will stop or had already stopped and he was correct reply was willing that if it start leaking again bring it on and get me another one or another brand and take care of that for me. I never saw the last business open that was there buthere but I'm glad you're gone. Hope this shop has has as many employees with the The 2 visits I've made there since they opened. Great spot it's right over there by broward meats so I can get me some good eats and some red stripe.”

“We called to see if a battery we bought there was under warranty and Lillie checked and said yes it was. She told us the store close at 9 pm so we had 10 minutes to get there. We told her we were on the way. Got there and the new battery was on the cart and she was ready to check us. We walked in and out. She went above and beyond and showed that she truly cared. I was very pleased with the service and the attendant who I believe his name was John.
