Service scratched my car, and Service Manager did nothing to fix it. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Ron Melko, the Service Manager at Coconut Creek Auto Mall. My recent encounter with him and the service department has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.On September 20, I brought my vehicle to your dealership for a diagnostic and recall service. To my dismay, after the visit, I noticed a scratch on the dashboard inside my car. Immediately, I took a picture of the damage and sent it to your service advisor for documentation. The advisor acknowledged the picture but failed to follow up on the matter, which was already concerning.However, my frustration escalated when I returned to the dealership on October 4 to address this issue. The service advisor instructed me to speak with Ron Melko and Alex the Service Supervisor. Unfortunately, the interaction with Mr. Melko was nothing short of appalling. He greeted me with a hostile and disrespectful demeanor, raising his voice and refusing to provide any assistance or resolution for the two issues I came to him about.I felt humiliated and disrespected during our encounter, particularly as a woman at your dealership. It is imperative to emphasize that such behavior is entirely unacceptable from a service manager or any representative of your establishment. When I persistently requested his assistance, he finally glanced at the scratch on my car's dashboard. His response was dismissive, claiming that the picture taken September 20th was not clear enough to reveal the scratch and he was not going to fix the issue.I want to make it abundantly clear that I have photographic evidence of the damage, complete with date and time stamps, clearly showing that the damage occurred during my visit to your dealership. I am deeply disappointed that my first experience filing a complaint (in my life) is due to Mr. Melko's unacceptable customer service and attitude towards me.I strongly urge you to address this matter promptly and appropriately. Such conduct is detrimental to your dealership's reputation and reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction. I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to the issues I initially came to your dealership with, along with an acknowledgment of the unacceptable treatment I received from Ron Melko.

I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH DOMINIQUE DUMONT !!! He was ON IT ! Smooth, Fast, Efficient, Honest, Straight Forward, and Very Caring ! I greatly appreciate the service i was provided from him as a sells man i wouldn’t of wanted to deal with anybody else but Dumont at Coconut Creek Hyundai.Thanks Dom for helping me get into my dream car

Thank you Jacob Campa. Awesome sales consultant. Very friendly and relatable. One of the few places in the state that had an Elantra “N” in our budget. My nephew loves his new car and to be honest, I do too lol (fast and fun to drive) Jacob set us up with a test drive and did everything in his power to bring me a fair price. Jacob made process super easy for me. The guy in financing (forgot his name) was hilarious. Thank you Coconut Creek Automall. Thank you Jacob!

I visited this place today, David helped me check the car I wanted even though I didn't take it because of a problem with my license and he was very patient, I noticed that everyone working in this place is very friendly and cheerful, they brought me water and coffee.

Came in back in January to cancel extended warranty I didn’t ask for on my vehicle signed the paper was advised it will be fax to my finance company fast forward it’s April finance company haven’t received the check and nobody from this dealer can seem to call me back and when I came in February that’s when I found out once they get you in a vehicle the people on the back end don’t care about you but they have genuine salespeople . It’s their finance accounts payable team that doesn’t connect with the front line people .

Had a really great experience today with Daniela. I was especially impressed with her after she mentioned that she was new to the job, and we were her second sale. As a former Sales Manager in Retail, I applaud her ability to test close the deal without being overly pushy or high pressure. I think the thing that impressed me the most about her was that even though I might have been the "decision maker" or "money" behind the purchase, she involved my wife throughout the entire process. She made sure that it was what my wife wanted, and not just what I wanted. This meant a lot, because ultimately, the car was for my wife and her wants/needs should be a priority.

I had THE best experience today at Coconut Creek Auto Mall - Hyundai. Leonardo Sufran was awesome. Such a nice guy, great personality, VERY knowledgeable about the different cars they sell and zero game playing. I told Leo what I needed, he had to get creative but in the end, I walked out with a brand new car. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had buying or leasing a car. Donald Roberts in financing was also a very easy time. I didn’t feel rushed, he explained everything I was signing and it didn’t take forever and NO pressure, which was so nice! Go see Leo and Donald at Coconut Creek HyundaiI would like to add to my post and TAKE BACK EVERYTHING I SAID!Since I purchased my car, almost two months ago, the paperwork was never sent in or the check paying off my trade in for my old car, racking up all sorts of fees and late charges that have affected my credit score, that the dealership has now incurred. I have emailed my finance guy, Donald many times and I've gotten no response. The first and only response I received was the wrong info. And when I couldn't get in contact with Donald, I texted my sales guy, Leo for help and shocker, no response from him either. Such a disappointment. Especially after I gave them both stellar reviews.

My daughter leased a G70 yesterday and Dominique Dumont was our sales guy. We were so pleased with his knowledge of all Genesis in general and his great disposition. He was very sweet and had all the patience in the world! I have a Genesis and he even took the time to explain to me a couple of things I was unsure of.I would recommend him to anyone who's looking to buy or lease a vehicle.

I went in with the intentions of test driving a 2022 Tuscan. Left with a fully loaded 2023 Tuscan the same day. Thanks to David B! I would recommend him to anyone. He was not pushy.
