We joined a year ago and love it! The coaches are great and ready to assist in any way.The classes are well structured - warm-ups, strength, conditioning & cool downs.We signed up our eldest in their kids program and he’s loving it. Definitely recommend joining if you are new to CrossFit or just need a change.

Amazing gym with an amazing owner that truly cares about the wellbeing of the members. I can say it’s one of the places I am always happy to go. The incredible people and positive atmosphere encourage me to be the fittest and healthiest person I can be.
