Rafael was so courteous and helpful; a year ago, when I was in a really stressful situation and needed to move quickly. I called CubeSmart and spoke to Rafael. I found his ease of communication and assurance that my personal items would be safe and all this would be a seemless process very reassuring. He was right! A year later, I was ready to get my things back with me being 700 miles away. I called Cubesmart and Rafael answered the phone and responded to all my questions and made sure everything went according to plan.

Ladies, if you need to store your items in south florida, this CubeSmart self storage is the spot!...The place and units inside are super clean and the place is well lit so you feel safe, pest free, with a bathroom on hand. I was even able to use my fan and led light.What truly sets CubeSmart apart is its exceptional customer service. Rafael, the facility manager, has gone above and beyond to assist me.He took the time to understand what i need and helped me find the perfect unit.

I had a great experience with CubeSmart self-storage right from the beginning. The staff at the facility was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a good tour of the facility and helped me set up my rental space. The company's rental rates are very competitive in the industry, and they even offer military discounts to service members like me. This is extremely helpful because I often have to keep my belongings in storage due to my frequent duty assignments throughout the country.

The personnel interactions were very pleasant. I appreciated the kind help and easy process to complete everything. This is my first experience renting a storage room so I could be wrong but I thought the AC could be at a cooler temperature.

Raphael was very professional and attentive for my last minute storage needs. The location is very clean and traffic flow is very simple to follow. There are 2 options to choose for storage: outdoor and climate controlled (indoor). Discounts to help for those who are budget conscious. I highly recommend this company.

The best managed storage unit I’ve ever come across. Rafael is beyond helpful and kind. He assisted me when I originally got my storage unit over a year ago. He kept me within budget and also fast and friendly service. Would highly recommend!
