This is soo much better than the last place. The office manager, Wendy, was fantastic! She was a bright introduction to the otherwise taxing experience of moving storage locations. Plus the dimensions of the unit itself was 100 times better for the same Sq. footage. 7.5 x 10 is a world apart from 5 x 15. I would recommend this location to anyone that mentioned needing storage.

Very clean, affordable and quiet. The workers are nice and responsive. I love the ac controlled units and no bugs or dirt like other storage places.

I have a storage unit for more than one year and everything has been great. Clean spaces and everything organized. Wendy and Angela always helped me and clarify any doubts or question I had. Especially Wendy (I think she is the manager) is always very supportive and focused on answering my questions. Extremely recommended service.

The lady that runs the place Wendy is absolutely fabulous. She runs a excellent program at this particular location. I've had a few units at different places over the years but continue to stay at this location due to her. Wonderful ac units at a amazing price.

was told that a lock would be in my welcome bag inside my unit and was charged for one. I have placed my items in storage but there was no lock in the Welcome bag. I went to Home Depot & Walmart, in torrential rain, but they did not have a cylinder lock in stock that was the correct size. I called CubeSmart customer service and was told that a manager would call me in 15 minutes. No one ever contacted me. I paid for a truck and 2 guys to move my things into the unit, so I’m stuck ! Shame on you ! Now I am so worried about my belongings. This is the worst lack of customer service possible!
