Easy returns. I bought online and it was too small.took it to the store.the young lady was so gracious.hassle free I chose a sneaker and was out of the store in minutes

Zero stars isn’t an option so they are forced to get one.
$75 I paid for a pair of shoes that didn’t fit correctly, in the store they were fine, but when I got ready for date night and started walking down the stairs in them this past weekend it was so painful! I called over the weekend and explained I had worn them for maybe a minute and was reassured that I could return them and get my money back. I have been shopping here for years and have NEVER faced such disrespect upon entering the store today. I waited in line for 10 minutes being ignored by the cashier. Then after stating I was returning she looked up my phone number and snatched the box out of my hand. She then looked at the bottom of the shoe and saw the slightly black piece on the ball of the shoe and threw them back into the box shoving it at me saying they’re worn we won’t resell them.
I attempted to explain the phone call I had where I stated they had been worn for a few minutes and she cut me off saying there was no point in them taking them back because no one else would buy them. She then gave me a smirk with a shrug. A rude “I’m sorry”. I stood there and started for a few seconds before walking out completely baffled.
Definitely won’t be coming here ever again. I am so repulsed by their customer service. And very disappointed in being told one thing, driving out 30 minutes to them be mocked and disrespected.

It’s annoying when stores try to save money at your expense. Like how Buds Seafood restaurants are stingy with ketchup. I placed an online order for shoes for my mom; I had to come down to this DSW to pick them up. Castiline just hands me the shoes, no bag. I asked for a bag; she hands me a tiny bag that they couldn’t even fit in, lol. I asked if she had a bigger bag, she said no. I asked again saying “well, how do customers carry multiple shoe boxes out of here?”. She says it’s the same size pretty much, but reached down and actually gave me a bag that the shoes fit in. I couldn’t get out of that store fast enough. I get that may be what she’s trained to do, so it’s not her fault. She spoke very friendly the whole time though.

I got a coupon for 30 dollars of I go to the store and I was told that I can not use it because the shoes were mark down no we're in the coupon said that you can't use on mark down shoes. Why send a coupon if we can not be use. Not a penny of my pocket in store or online. keep the coupon false advertising.

I visited the store twice on two separate occasions and their system was down I live 25 minutes away from the store and every time I visited to do a return their system is down, I tried calling them so that I didn't waste my time going to the store and their system was still down and could not get through to the store at all The store phone does not work and no one picks it up.
