I have done my taxes with Paulo since he started his business . I Left my original tax papers like I always did . Then I find out the business was sold . The new owner refuses to return my original income tax paper . Só unprofessional eating a bowl of food while telling me he does not have the original and he wants to get paid for the work he did . I did not hire his service . Terrible business be aware . I will file a police report today .

It was $275 to do taxes for my wife and I. After, they had us sign a form stating its an additional fee for them to represent us if we get audited. This protection is usually included at most other tax offices. So $275 for them to do what I could do with TurboTax. Not worth it.

I have known Paulo for years. My parents used to have their taxes done with him when I was still on their return. Once I started working, I also started using his service. I moved to Boston and used a local tax person here which I was completely unhappy with and I decided to call Paulo and asked for help. He immediately took over my accounts and it has been 3 years already since I am back with him. The process is smooth. We usually do everything over the phone. I send him all the information thru e-mail and he puts everything together and calls me to go over. I trust him and his staff 100%. Thank you Paulo for taking care of my family taxes for so many years.

After my previous tax preparer moved out of the US to Canada I decided to Google near by tax consultant. Eagle tax came up. I am very happy with their work. They took time to explain in detail what credits to use so I can get the best results. I will be recommending them to anyone in need. Their fees are very reasonable.

Clearly unable to process online documentation appropriately. After two weeks of having submitted everything that was asked of me I finally decided to cancel their services. If you have the option of going to any one other than this gentleman and his firm I recommend that you do. Eles claramente nao tem a capacidade de processar documentacao eletronicament. Depois de duas semanas de ter enviado tudo que foi pedido sem receber resposta eu finalmente decidi cancelar. Se voce tiver qualquer outra opcao, por favor busque outra organizacao.
