Did a drive past through the park to check out. We plan to visit in the future. Took pictures of the beautiful horses from a newly constructed parking lot near the Atlantic Tradewinds railroad ride.

Equine-Assisted Therapy here has been life-changing for us. My child has made so many gains since starting here and looks forward to coming to the barn every week. The staff here are all so kind and caring, the volunteers are the heart of the program, and the horses are truly the best therapists.

IN 1 LINE: An incredible non-profit organization that is healing with hearts and hooves! VOLUNTEER: I volunteered here for an event and am already looking forward to returning! There is something for everyone whether you want to volunteer in the office, on the property, or with the horses and clients. Volunteers are required to go through certain orientations and trainings to ensure the utmost safety for all. Teyla is the Volunteer Coordinator and makes everyone feel so appreciated! THERAPEUTIC RIDING: I had the honor of meeting some of the clients and can see the positive and healing impact this organization has on all who attend its sessions. Alisha is one of the instructors, and it is evident that friendliness and warmth exude from her! EVENTS: I volunteered at their first ever Chasing Stars Full Moon Party, which provided a fun, safe and inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and abilities to celebrate the first full moon of 2020. There was yoga alongside the horses, games, a DJ, a magic show, and great food. HEALERS: What makes this non-profit so special is the people who genuinely care about all who attend and want to be a part of their EATSF family. From the staff and volunteers to the horse healers, this place is doing sacred work.

I love this place! The volunteers are amazing to service with and kind. The staff does a fantastic job with training (no experience necessary) to work with students and horses. There are also volunteer opportunities when they have fun or fundraising events! If interested please feel free to call to join in.

Due to my sons disability, my family and son are blessed that he receives hippo therapy (horse therapy) at this wonderful location. The therapist Rebecca is a godsend, and all of the employees there have always been kind and very helpful. Thank you Equine-Assisted Therapies of South Florida. You rock!
