Service is not the same i have been customer at this store for over 20 years was also a cardholder.
i did not appreciate the young service manager to do other work, buy tires and renew my expired card.
my car has issues that i thought they might recognize but did not. i dont even know if they checked the air filter and cabin filter or even topped off fluids.
turn and burn and sell hard is the method there now,

We're happy for the swift timing of our recent service. We have (3) vehicles that need upkeep and tuning. Presently we're looking to make sure that they are all 100% in working order. We would like to also entertain the option of a lifetime alignments.

Made an appointment for 4pm, get there and I'm told they don't know if they'll be able to take me, and to "hold on" while they help other people. I'm not going to sit around and wait for you to figure out if you can honor my appointment.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The representative was rude and unwelcoming from the start. I explained the issue with my vehicle, but without even taking a look, they immediately printed out an estimate. It felt like they were more interested in making a sale than actually diagnosing the problem. Luckily, I decided to leave and got the issue fixed elsewhere. I definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Dropped off our car for oil change and tire rotation.
Picked the car up and drove less than 5 miles, and low oil pressure light came on. I check the oil, and there is barely even a smear on the dip stick.
I called in the morning and was told to drive it to them so they could see it. Lol can't make it up.
After they towed to their shop, I was told it was only a quart low, and it's all good now. Anyone who knows engines knows I've got bottom end damage even tho it's still running for now.
We will see what Firestone corporate will do from here.

I had an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience, and I want to make it clear that I will be escalating this to corporate.
First of all, I sat there for two and a half hours waiting for an oil change. I dropped off my car at 1 PM and then noticed it was still in the lot by 2:45. I had to literally go back in and tell them to start working on my damn car and even then I didn’t get it back until 3:30.
Secondly, as I was sitting there for 2 1/2 hours, I watched multiple customers come in, all complaining about the same issue—poor service on their cars—and every single time, I saw one of your employees, a young guy who looked about 19 or 20, argue with them, yell at them, and even throw their keys at them. That is completely unacceptable behavior in any workplace, let alone one where customers are trusting you with their vehicles.
As a woman, I felt especially unsafe being alone in your shop with a bunch of men, especially when one of them was acting aggressively, and no one—including your other employees—stepped in to stop it. This is a serious problem, and I want to know exactly what you plan to do about it.
On top of that, every complaint I heard was about oil changes—so now I’m left wondering if my own car was serviced properly. How am I supposed to trust that my vehicle was handled correctly when I watched multiple people walk in with the same exact issue?
I want a direct response, not an automated one, and I expect this issue to be taken seriously. If I don’t hear back with a real resolution, I’ll be reaching out to corporate and any other necessary channels to make sure this doesn’t keep happening.

If you're going to allow people to make an appointment honor the appointment. I made a reservation at 11:00 and it was not finished until 2:00. Simple oil change! At the very least when you check in the staff should be courteous enough to tell you "We are currently backed up, I'm sorry this wil take longer than normal.'

Went there yesterday for a change of the complete set of tires for my car.
Price is… ok (a bit pricy but OK). Product is good. Tires were sitting in a warehouse location and they said they would have them available in 35 minutes.
I left their premises (and left my car there) as I was told the change would take one and a half hours approximately. It was 13:20hrs. I returned home and the staff there said they would call me back.
After more than three and a half hours, I call them to double check if everything was right. The staff told me the car would be ready in 30 more minutes.
I went there, paid the agreed price and left the premises. When I was about to leave, observed that the tires were dirty on the sides. They could not take the time (in 4 hours) to clean a product that was new (and not cheap). We, clients, appreciate those details….

Updated at the bottom to reflect actions Firestone is taking to resolve the issue.
Came in to get a tire with a nail in it patched. I picked the car up early the next day and drove it home. I should have checked it over before driving the few miles home. Once home I realized the valve cap was missing and the tire was still flat, even though they had reset my tire pressure car info display system so no warning would be set off. I put air in the tire and drove back to firestone to get the missing valve stem. When I was putting the valve cap back on, I noticed there was a deep gauge halfway around the rim of the wheel from whatever machine they use to do the tire. This is now a $300 repair if not just replacing the rim. If I do the repair, I won't have a car for 2 days and will need a rental. This was the sloppiest workmanship I've ever seen. Whoever did it was in such a huge rush, besides damaging the wheel, forgetting to put air in it and putting the cap back on, they also dumped my entire glove box contents on to the floor while searching for the locknut.
After speaking with the manager, they ordered a matching wheel to replace the damaged one. I give them props for replacing the damaged wheel.

Had a 5 o’clock appointment for just an oil change. Sat for over an hour and a half. Then the guy at the desk proceeded to argue with me that an oil change takes 30+ minutes and also they did an inspection on a brand new 2024 car As a former mechanic, a good thought oil change should only take 15 max and never do more than the customer asks…
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

Should have read these reviews first. Went in today for an oil change, second one in the door at 7:00am sharp, dropped my key fob off and was told it would be ready by 5pm.
Received no calls, called back 3 times at 4pm and no one answered. Went there to check and got ignored the person at the desk for a good 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me. Turns out they didn't even touch my vehicle.
Took an entire day off, wasted so much money on uber and left empty handed.
This used to be my 'go-to' because I trusted Ryan and this place was convenient, but I am never coming back here. And miss me with that canned social media autoreply nonsense asking me to email your unmonitored inbox.

Having made an appointment on my only day available, December 12, 2024, to install a new replacement tire purchased from Tire Rack for my 2015 Stingray, I was told upon arrival that their only available tire installation machine has been frequently leaving bad scratches on rims of low profile type wheels, like those on the Stingray. It was also clarified that they would not replace the wheel if they damaged it. He also stated they would not have a replacement machine for a month. Knowing in advance the type vehicle and tire, Firestone could have notified me in advance to allow me the option to find someone else and not waste most of my day off.
In a bit of a panic, I called Tire Rack support and had the pleasure of Eunice Arroyo come to my rescue. She made many calls to installers in the area, and ultimately had found quite a few who could accommodate my needs.
I applaud you Eunice, and the overall excellent service from Tire Rack!
Goodbye Firestone, you lost a customer…

They sell a service on the internet and when you arrive to do it, the price is extremely higher than that shown on the website.

Please, please, please....heed this warning. Go elsewhere!
Took a car in for a super simple two wheel tire replacement with an appointment at 3:00 pm. Michael was disinterested and mumbling at the counter. I think maybe he's having a bad day and let it go. Over 4 hours hours later of waiting in the showroom, there car is not done, then I had to leave the car overnight as Meonard twisted the stud/nut and then tried to HAMMER the wheel off the hub. He asked me if he could just put three of four nuts on and leave the busted one hanging there??? Seriously! I had no choice but to leave, leaving the car there. "Michael says "it happens all the time". I have changed many tires and never busted a stud...because I am CAREFUL and do it right. The next day I picked up the car, get on 441 and then wheel is making clicking noises and stuttering when braking. I immediately return and am asked to leave the car and that 'they'll call'. I refused to leave (my ride had already left) and insisted on it being done right then.... then they tried to claim it wasn't their issue. WTH?? I refused to move and waited another hour and then I see Meonard wielding the power driver with the nuts again...the same guy with the same tool that he used to ruin the stud the night before. I asked them to be hand done and he said "I don't have any hand tools. WTH??? Finally, another guy (Justin?) stepped in, had some integrity and using the proper torque wrench, finished it up. Left, drove about a mile and then the TPMS light came on. I'll have it corrected elsewhere at my expense. I am done with them. Horrible work and through all of this, Michael, the service manager was completely dismissive, downright rude, disinterested and absolutely couldn't care less. I watched him treated others the same way. Seriously. I cannot imagine how this guy keeps his job and I cannot imagine a 60? y/o guy has not gained a shred of customer service wisdom or care in all of his years. Over 6 hours hours spread over two days to simply change two tires....and it still wasn't right. Here's a photo of the two of them after he busted up the stud with the power driver on the wheel. What a business! Go elsewhere.
AFTER A SIMPLY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THE BOCA RATON COSTCO TIRE CENTER TODAY, I AM EDITING THIS REVIEW TO SAY IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRESTONE LOCATION! THE COULD NOT BE FARTHER APART IN QUALITY AND SERVICE! THIS REVIEW IS FROM LAST YEAR AND STILL STANDS.
