Went here for an oil change and their service is great! All members of staff were friendly and helpful. Norman was my advisor and he communicated all the things they recommended for my car when they did the inspection and he kept me updated on how much longer it would be. I also really like that Mark, who was working on my car, sent videos to show me why they recommended the services that they do! Mark was very thorough in his recommendations showing what the parts looked like and etc. Also they do a car wash!!

The experience was great, still have some issues when the car shows yellow triangle with a warning that there is an issue with the SOS when turning the car on every morning. Hope to be able to come and solve it. The guys are great and I had the best sales rep. Thanks

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Daniel at Volkswagen.He made my car-buying experience a breeze. From the moment I walked in, he was warm and welcoming, and he really listened to what I was looking for.He patiently answered all my questions and never pushed me into anything and let me take my time deciding. That kind of approach is hard to find!When it came to the paperwork, Daniel and Miguel from finance was on top of everything. They explained each step in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks to him and Miguel . I got a great deal on financing.I drove off the lot with a huge smile on my face, thanks to Daniel's help. Great experience starting with Moe sales agent, Manager, and financing. They are very professional and helpful. Moe just makes you feel comfortable and helps you thoroughly explaining everything you need to know about your new vehicle. Am glad I went and bought my Atlas from this dealership.

I came here a few years ago to buy a car and it wasn't such a great experience. Since then I've always gone to Vista Volkswagen. Recently my car battery died and it was under warranty. I needed my car for the weekend and it was a Friday. Vista wouldn't do much to help me. They couldn't even guarantee that I could get my car back that day or give me a loaner vehicle. I called Gunther and they said before 3pm they see battery issues and fix them that day. Yay! I was on my way there when turning into the far side of the dealership my car battery died right in front of it! Wow it sucked there were cars behind me and nothing I could do. I called the dealership and they sent a guy out with a battery jumper pack. It was like 100° and he walked all the way out to me in dress clothes with a smile. My car started right away and I was able to get it into the service department. True 5 star customer service right there! Then after diagnosing my car, the mechanic sent me a video walkthrough. Showed me the old battery and new one, took out my filters so I could see the wear on them. It was like a 3-4 minute video of him talking and showing me what's up with my car. Very impressive as my other dealership had never done anything like that. Then came a second video about my brakes and rotors. I was able to really see that it was time to take care of that. My service advisor was also very nice and helpful. I will be coming back to Gunther for my service needs from now on and give them another shot at my business when I buy my next car.

I was greeted my the service tech Jason Cook with a very positive and polite personality. It put me at ease each time he had to speak with me. The problem I had, a nail in my tire, was fixed very quickly even without an appointment.I look forward to returning to your service department in the near future for my regular service check that is due soon.My only negative is that I live in Delray Beach and you do now have shuttle service to my home.Also the waiting area is very nice and set up very comfortably.

With our new addition to the family we needed a bigger car. We looked into getting the 2023 Atlas with tech and moonroof but the 2024 just looked so much better...almost like an Audi Q7. Moe Ezzine answered our online request and said no one could beat his prices. Yeah right..right? So my wife and I went in one Saturday and they gave us their absolute best price for a beautiful white on beige 2024 Atlas 2.0 with tech and moonroof. I was sure I could get someone to match or beat the price. I spent a week trying, and couldn't. Some dealers were convinced the deal was on a 2023.The following week we went back to Moe. Unfortunately, the car we wanted was sold. Luckily, he was able to find another one for us with everything we wanted but this one had the premium rim package. My wife was very happy with the car and I was happy with the deal.They really do have the largest selection at the best price.

This was by far, the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! Danielle Klein was beyond AMAZING!!! She made our family feel special! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We negotiated through email and when I got there the deal was exactly what she told me! We signed papers and we were out the door with a brand new car!!

Went to 2 different dealerships before I chose Gunther VW in Coconut Creek. From sales (Daniel) to finance (Miguel), this dealership was amazing! They treated me with such dignity and respect! This was the easiest, no hassle, car buying experience I have ever had. I told Sam what I was looking for and a price range and he looked up the inventory and nailed it. No trying to push me into something bigger or higher priced. Just an honest, easy transaction. Then the sales manager was fantastic and was very accommodating with what I wanted. He agreed to what I requested no problems at all to get me out the door quickly with a new car. Finance was quick and easy. The entire experience was painless and actually quiet nice. Great vibe at this dealership.

From the moment we arrived at the service area the Gold Standard started I guess I would say. Our service advisor was attentive, professional, helpful, friendly. We were checked in promptly, within minutes we departed. The gentleman advisor kept us up to date via phone and text. Text were very effective. Overall, we are satisfied with everything. Horrible leadership in service department first the guy sends me out in an unsafe vehicle with fuel system problems and tells me im hearing things second visit afterwards he tells me oh its the fuel pump we changed it sends my family and i back out on the dangerous highway with the impression that the problem is solved we drive to North Carolina and fuel smell starts to come from the car tells me its the fuel tank finally the GM.Rob gets involved and takes care of the situation by getting my wife into a new car seeing that the one i just spoke about was purchased brand new and was only driven for a couple thousand miles. So now the new car had a defective tire that was loosing air from the outer sidewall clearly no puncture nor damage the tech looks at the tire for over an hour to find no nails screws or puncture sends me a video showing the air is seeping out of the sidewall service manager and advisor go back together and come back with a picture of tire puncture after 5 minutes of examining that clearly wasn't seen nor sent to me by the technician that had the tire for over an hour. To tell me i need to buy a new tire from them instead of admitting its a defective tire clearly Chris the service manager is upset that he dropped the ball on the previous car with the fuel problem and wanted to flex his muscles to get in my pocket since he probably got chewed out over the looser way he handled the fuel problem. So i just paid 400 for a new tire because he decided that he could do whatever he wanted seeing that I needed a tire before i left. Horrible leadership this service department has under him. They should be ashamed to ask me to pay for a defective tire from Pirelli and didn't even put a valve cap on the tire afterwards
