I filed my Taxes for the first time with H&R block, and my tax pro was Ashram and he was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, friendly, and very professional! With this being my first time doing this process, he explained each step thoroughly, and ensured the process did not take long at all! Excellent service, thank you H&R Block, and thank you Ashram !

Office was calming and neat. Receptionist was polite and spoke calmly. Adele was professional, likeable, efficient and asked if I had any concerns about my taxes. Always a good experience.

I had nothing but problems and my taxes still aren't done and I already paid for your services. I can't even get a hold of my tax person Adelle and they took their payment without my authorization. They promised me a refund and I never received it. I am very unhappy
