What a good experience. I met with the Family that owns/runs the store. In 24 hrs, after myFirst visit, they were able to get exactly what I had asked for. It was a gift for my wife for our 10th Anniversary. The price was competitive with some other stores and they treated me with dignity and respect throughout the whole process. My wife is Happy and that is what matters, but I owe a little bit to I&I for the assistance. Thank you.
