A pretty good first experience with a tax service. Quaneshia was pretty cool; she helped me understand what was happening with my taxes so i could be more prepared for next year.

I rarely leave review comments but I felt moved to leave one for Malcolm Allen. This young man was more than accommodating. He has such an infectious and genuine personality that is personable. He went above and beyond to ensure I received the maximum on my tax refund. I appreciate this young man and there is no comparison in the service I've received from JH's competitor, H&R Block!!
