I don't know if the management has changed but this is the 2nd time I encounter rude employees. We've been going to this kohls for over a decade, so it’s a shame. Today the lady at the register finished with the person in front of me & said he will help you (the person next to her helping someone else). I stood there for a good 7 min while she folded merchandise and I waited on the other employee, until finally I had to speak up for myself because I had places to go. She had to help me even though I didn't want her to since I pretty much had to beg her for her service.

Arlene at the Coconut Creek, Fl. went way beyond in helping me return a pair of reader glasses that I discovered had a hairline crack on the lense and had no receipt. She spent time and was able to resolve my problem.
She is a great asset to your Kohls Store there!
She deserves a “Customer Recognized Award” for her service!

Kohl's in coconut creek is an excellent store very clean and organized and there is someone by the entrance to greet you no stores has that anymore

We had a very pleasant experience at this store. The Sales associate, Joy, helped us find what we were looking for, and Dorothy K at the register took care to make sure my rewards account was set. Nice store and great selection. Store was tidy and well organized.

I usually like shopping at Kohls. This time I used Kohls.com with shipping (free) to my home while I was in the store. It was a horrible experience.
