I wanted to take the time to sincerely thank John and his team at Mattress Town for an outstanding
experience and truly exceptional customer service.
After a very frustrating and disappointing situation with Modani up the road—where I was sold a bed
set with an extended warranty that they later refused to honor after the mattress failed within just
one month, and where I could not even reach a real person, only an AI system that looped me
endlessly with nonsensical answers—I walked into Mattress Town exhausted, frustrated, and in
desperate need of a good night’s sleep.
Instead of taking advantage of the situation, John did exactly the opposite. He took the time to
listen, understand my needs, and carefully help me choose the right mattress. He was fair, honest,
and even offered me a very reasonable discount. Most impressively, at around 4:00 pm he
personally called his delivery team, sent them to the warehouse, and had a brand-new mattress
delivered to my home just three hours later. My wife and I were able to sleep well that very same
night.
John explained that Mattress Town is a family-owned business and that this is simply how they
operate — and it truly shows. They even waived their $99 delivery fee, and the two delivery
gentlemen were professional, careful, properly installed the mattress, and left my home clean with
no trace of packing materials.
I am taking the time to write this long review so that others who research before buying will continue
to support family-owned businesses that sell Made-in-America products with pride and stand
behind what they sell.
By contrast, I am still dealing with the aggravation of returning the defective mattress to Modani at
my own expense, on top of the $300 “white glove service” fee they charged, and having to rely on
my credit card company to resolve the issue.
This is a 5-star review for Mattress Town without hesitation. Hopefully it also serves as a lesson in
what real customer service looks like.

Spending 5k+ on something you spend half your life on isn’t easy so I spent about 25 minutes going back and forth between models and never once was Daniel pushy or annoyed, he let me do my thing and answered any question I had very knowledgeably. When it came to checkout he was able to stack some discounts for me and again, no high pressure sales for add ons. Would definitely recommend the Coral Springs Mattress Firm and be back in another 10 years! For added context, I went looking at City Furniture the night before for a mattress and because how pushy and on top of me the salesman was, I walked out within 10 minutes. “Amy was terrific. We went in to see a specific mattress in her store, and although she didn’t have one in stock in her store, she sent us to another store, very close by, so we could try it out. We loved the mattress and called her the next day to purchase it. “We purchased a bedroom set in May 2023, and Chris truly listened to what we wanted and made it happen. At the same time, we bought a king-size mattress from Biscayne Bedding, known for supplying Disney, which gave us confidence—along with the 10-year non-prorated warranty.
About 2½ years later, the mattress began sagging. Chris immediately reassured us and asked Jennifer to help start the warranty claim. Jennifer provided clear instructions, and within a week and a half, our replacement mattress arrived. Marvin, the delivery driver, was prompt, set everything up, and removed the old mattress.
While defects can happen, the team at Beds Best Bargain stood by their warranty and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. We’re very pleased with the service and would gladly recommend them to a friend.
