To my surprise i had a remarkably excellent experience . My sales person - Brittany was excellent. She worked so hard to accommodate all my wishes and choices. I am demanding and i had many requests and questions.. She handled me with patience and respect. She just made everything smooth and easy. She deserves all the credit for the sale.Thank You Brittany - you were fabulous!!
My finance person - Arthur - was very professional and patient. Did what he had to do and left me to make the right choices without the usual pressure. Thanks Arthur.

This place is great!! Nice and clean. The agents are really helpful and your car is always taken care of. They wash and vacumn the car for free which is always a plus. They also provide free war, free coffee and free bathrooms. My agent is the goat! I almost mentioned his name but i dont want people to read this review and pound him with more work. His name starts with an R tho! Thank you Mercedes! Long live Germania and Germanic engineering!

The general sales manager is the rudest individual I have ever run across. Because we could not agree on price, he was rude and insulting. Stay far away from this dealership it is awful and typical of AutoNation.

I was looking at a used car a couple weeks ago and at first the experience was fine until… We were never actually explained that at an Auto Nation dealership you can’t negotiate prices, instead they made us feel so small and less than. We showed up with a check to pay in full for the car not knowing their policy. When we gave our salesman the check he looked at it and said “that’s not going to work” and “went to the manager” which he was gone all of 30 seconds and comes back and says “i think you put the wrong amount”… no we didn’t, trying to negotiate (which we didn’t understand it’s not a regular type of sale where you can do that) we ripped the check and left. Called back the next day still no full explanation and said if we negotiated a little higher and they said due to Auto Nation they have NO CONTROL over changing the price . Everyone at this dealership acts like they are too good to step outside. I called the Ford dealership down the street that’s an Auto Nation as well, had the car transferred there. they LOWERED THE PRICE and i went home with the car CASH. what a loss for Mercedes.When our salesman from Ford came to pick up the car they handed him the keys and sent him on an hour long wild goose chase to figure out where the car was in their inventory…after asking him if he was selling to a couple who fit mine and my boyfriends description.. how unprofessional… anyways, just have the car sent down the street where everyone was so friendly and not to mention, Ford of Margate had customers coming in and making deals left and right where here at Mercedes it was empty… highly do not recommend.
