I came in from NY, and was pleasantly welcomed when I entered. Mikey's class gave me the most points I ever achieved at OTF! He was helpful throughout and very into everyone's progress. We hit some big milestones today and he was right there cheering me on. I will be visiting next time I come down for sure!!

Mikey, Nicole and Kelly are awesome. Their classes give you a great workout. I'm sure all the trainers are great but these are the only ones I tried. I do a class once a week as a supplement to weightlifting and it hits the spot every time.

This is your sign to return...I was a long time member of OTF YEARS ago. Started in Pompano then I switched over to Boca by the mall and after a 5+ year hiatus, and having two kids, I needed to start working out again consistently. Apparently, I'm not as motivated to workout on my own so I decided to go back to OTF. I'm between Coconut Creek and Parkland-Coral Springs locations and I love both. The equipment has long been updated, everything is digital. The workouts are still very similar but I like that aspect. I also think the coaches are more involved with actual coaching, if that makes sense. Like they actually care to keep you going, making sure you're ok, etc. Front office at both locations were super friendly and helpful. Both places are modern, very clean, well kept, sanitized. I'm really happy to be back.

Orangetheory fitness Coconut Creek is by far the best part of my day every day. The coaches are amazing, the sales associates are amazing and the workouts inspire you to be better every single time.

I love this gym and the coaches are wonderful I just wished they offer more options after 5pm for the weight class. I hope soon.

I’ve only been there for 3 weeks and I am in love with the program. I also want to share how amazing coach Mike is. I shared with him during one of the class I attended, that I was limited to some of the exercises due to a condition. He looked at me and without a doubt he gave me different options to achieve the same goal as everyone else, but with different exercises that would fit my condition. I even shared with my husband when I got home, how impressed I was with his knowledge! All the coaches are awesome and I just wanted to share my experience ?

Right after the free class, I went home and bought myself a membership. This place is for you if you need a gym to keep you accountable in a positive environment. The staff is super friendly, and it is truly a judgment-free zone. Oh, and the coaches are fantastic and very helpful, no matter your level!

I just started with OTF and I’m enjoying the workouts. The coaches are experienced and helpful. It’s a fun, energetic atmosphere where each workout is different so you won’t get bored. I really like the challenge of keeping my workout zone in “the orange” so that I’m maximizing the benefits for hours and hours after each workout. Give them a try! The first workout is FREE!

This is the only place that can get me to run on the treadmill lol. In just a few months in I have accomplished alot in my weightloss journey. The workouts are never the same and the coaches always motivates me to do better. If you haven't joined a class...I say why not?
