We order here often. But today the customer service was sub par, I feel like I have to write a review and will not be coming back. There are plenty of other pizza places in the area. In short, we ordered a pizza and a Caesar Salad with chicken. Got home and the Caesar salad did not have dressing. I totally get it. It happens. I have worked in the restaurant industry for years and know this happens. Have to say though, a Caesar salad without dressing is literally just romaine lettuce and croutons. Maybe $0.20 in cost, plus the cost of the chicken. But the salad we ordered cost $16.99. Typically, like 10/10 times, when you call in with a missed order the restaurant will either A) run out the missing piece, or B) give you a refund. When I called in to say I did not get the complete order I was told that no one could run it out. I get that. You are busy. But I was also refused a refund. I was told "we can not do refunds." Which I find difficult to believe a place like Pasquale's does not have the simple functionality to issue a refund. Who can't issue a refund? That is pretty strange. Any other place would have. The only thing they could do is have me come back to the restaurant (for a mistake they admittedly made), but I was already home a few miles away. I tried to speak to a manager, but was told there was no manager. I was put on hold, and when they got back I was offered a percentage off discount on my next order, however, they could not tell me for how much. I was literally told, "I do not know for how much. It might be 10%." I know this sounds stupid and petty. All this for a free side of salad dressing, but no one would eat Caesar salad without dressing, let alone order it, or pay for it. It is just a bowl of lettuce, and any restaurant would refund the order since it was their mistake and the profit margin on Caesar salad is so high, it would not have impacted the restaurant at all, and a 10% discount (if that is what it even would have been) would not be making up the loss. $1.70 off a $16.99 mistake? LOL. No thanks.

I order regularly from this location in Coconut Creek, the order primarily consists of the same 4 large steak sandwiches with 2 Large pizzas and 2 large French fries. Tonight, I made my order to be picked up at 7 PM. I arrived at 7 PM, the order was not ready, and I then had to wait 16 minutes to receive my food. Once I arrived home and began eating with my family, we came to the realization that the food was far below mediocre. The fries were extremely stale, essentially hard as a rock. The pizza was burnt from the bottom and cold as ice on top. I called the store and requested to speak with a manager. The voice of a young lady got on the phone and when i expressed my concerns, all she said was "do you just want us to make you the French fries again" in a condescending tone. What a joke. You took my money, and I did not enjoy even a moment of my dinner. Shame on Pasquale's Pizza for both the horrid attitude of the employees, and the food that tasted like rocks with some salt on top. How about hire some better cooks and provide better customer service. You have for sure lost my business. By the way, you do not deserve the one star I gave you. You deserve 0 all the way, unfortunately it wasn't an option.

Update on my previous review, positive on the food but i can no longer recommend this place due to its inflated prices. I been coming here for almost 10 years and seen the price go from affordable to rediculous. $40 plus for a extra large specialty pizza and thats just one order imagine buying two plus soda and desert , you are looking at $100 easy . These days companies want you to pay $100 just to take your wife and kids for slice of pizza. Its sad to see companies taking advantage of high prices just like they did to renters whose rent went from cheap to not affordable for most people.

Amazing friendly service combined with top notch quality ingredients. Best Pizza! This place is my wife and I spot for pizza. Unfortunately we moved out of the area 6 years ago and it’s not convenient for us to come to our favorite spot anymore. On February 29, 2024 we were in the area and decided we wanted to visit our favorite spot again. Like always never stop to amaze us. We ordered a white Pie. They brought out the pie missing a slice or two because it got damaged in the process. They let us enjoy the one they brought out and made another fresh one on the house. My wife and I were so impressed with the service. We wish we were closer, we enjoy coming to Pasquale. To owner please thank your amazing staff that’s it something very rare these days to find that caliber of service. Can’t wait to come back. Best Pizza in the world.

I used to like Pasquale's maybe it's this location that hasn't been good. The pizza sauce is nothing to crave and every time I order a pizza they put so much cheese on it making it soggy and I never ask for extra cheese and when I order your almost four dollar each toppings your putting way too much on it contributing to how heavy and soggy it gets. I asked for it to be crispy since I have to request this now the past 2 times I came I have to put it in my own oven and it was literally dripping when I picked up the slice. Hopefully this improves but I won't be coming back because it's not good and not worth the extra money.

I was a regular at this place, dining as often as three times a week, until I discovered my gluten allergy. After moving a bit further away, Pasquale's slipped my mind. However, with my new job in the vicinity, I decided to give their gluten-free pizza a try. I was genuinely impressed by both the quality and the taste. Plus, it's sized like a standard pizza, which is a nice surprise. I highly recommend it to those who must follow a gluten-free diet for health reasons. It's a great option.Dietary restrictions: I ordered the gluten-free pizza. I have celiac disease, so it's important for me to avoid gluten. The pizza was excellent. It even looked like a traditional pizza.

We order last night a large pizza to take out, just for try a new place and see. The taste was good and the waiting time was perfect. We ordered with onions, mushrooms and half of it with anchovies. The dog was “ok” not and like the thickness of it. Not too thick and not too

Do not order from here on any platform. The price gouging is absolutely absurd! I shared my receipt for reference. Definitely have better wing prices elsewhere. This was an okay place, but I will no longer support this business due to a bad experience. The food tasted okay and is why I gave it two stars. Sorry, but this was just too much.

First time customer and unfortunately last.I ordered a whole pie and asked for extra thin and crispy but not burnt. Pizza was super thick, and burnt on the bottom. That I could deal with, I’m in the restaurant business and know that one bad pizza doesn’t define every pizza that comes out of there BUT I where they lost me was the girls working the counter.I walked in and waited by the counter as the two girls working assisted the customer ahead of me. I’m not sure if I was standing at the wrong register but I was standing at the counter nonetheless and was not acknowledged. In fact they helped someone who walked in without ever even saying a word to me.I changed sides and moved the the counter closest to the menu and the one girl (unoccupied) picks up her phone and starts texting. I had to actually stop the second girl as she walks past to finally help me pay for my order.
