5 very well deserved stars. Being prior serviceman I have many nightmare stories with storage facilities in different states. This public storage stands out for cleanliness, and condition. But the medal goes to EMMERLINE, she is brilliant! She is helpful and has truly looked out for our best interests as customers. She has given advice on units/size, on move in offers and discounts, and best practices for storing our goods. I feel that this PS doesn't just want our money. There is value in good service. Good job!

Location is always clean, in great conditions and works perfect for me. Emerline is always there when you need her, willing to help beyond expectations.
