I do recommend this publix location. There's a lady in the deli department name Mary. She was so sweet helpful and really did a great job on making my sub. I love the bakery who always go above and beyond.

This is the best Publix in S Florida hands down!!!! I usually get everything thing I want from coffee to veggies to meat. They carry the pretty much same stuff as WF.

I solely come to this publix though it is out of the way specifically when I need help in the deli. I've never met an employee like Marie L. She is courteous and thoughtful each and every visit. I will continue to come here just for her.

tampabay.com/news/busine…I was confronted by a cart collector in thePublix parking lot . His name is HAROLD . He asked to see a receipt after he saw me put my groceries in the car .Publix must be in trouble for a cart man to be acting like a security guard !

I've been going to this Publix pharmacy for years and the staff are great. Mitch has bent over backwards making sure I'm cared for on several occasions. I trust him with my healthcare pharmaceutical needs as he is definitely a professional that knows his job. He has even given me vaccinations. I personally don't want to go anywhere else.

I wanted to get some lactose free milk and I stopped here to check out the prices....they want over $4 for a carton of milk, the butter was also a bit expensive....I decided not get it and I am happy I didn't, because down the road at the Hacienda grocery store, the Almond milk was only $2.50.Publix is a nice store to shop, the shopping experience and the customer service is usually very good, but as consumers, we ought to know our prices (and unit prices) to decide on the best deal for your wallet.Wait for the weekly specials and many times, there are going to be really good deals !

If you want a sub made correctly please do NOT order online for pickup. Just picked my sub up and not only did I not get the extra cheese I paid for but then they left out two of the veggies on my veggie sub. Not only that but they did put lettuce instead of spinach and did not toast it. I could maybe look past one error but not 5 errors. Very disappointed

This place is gross! Not to mention it's never on par with the rest of the Publix's in the area. Managers always standing around in their cell phones. My latest experience is captured in today's photo. If you see one! There are hundreds crawling around in that case. Trust that! Gross! I'm not sure why corporate always this store to run this way. Always issues at this place.

Don't make the mistake of bringing a child here to get vaccinated. The person administering the vaccine was Mitch. He clearly is not trained in being patient and understanding of a scared 6 year old not wanting a shot. Every time my child cried, he would say things like" are you getting it or not? I have other people waiting". The last straw was when he looked at coworkers, smirked and rolled his eyes. How insensitive can you be. This is a child! Shame on you Mitch! ?No way we were going to allow you to give him a shot after this. On a good note, a super nice lady from the bakery went out of her way to help keep him calm the whole time. Ty Lulu?

As a Florida girl, Publix has always been my favorite grocery store...no others compare. This location, however, is not my favorite. At all. Every time I shop this store, there's a problem. Either the item I want isn't in stock, or the deli is super slow, or it's just too crowded. Our latest visit was no different. Before arriving at the store, we placed our deli order via the Publix app. The app stated the order would be ready at 1:05pm. We got to the store around 12:50pm, so we did our other shopping while we waited for our order to be ready at the scheduled time. When we were done selecting our other items, we went over to the deli. Our order wasn't ready and it was 1:15pm. We went to the counter and asked about our order, and the employee behind the counter said he was just starting it. So we waited. Mind you, this deli is small so there isn't a place to wait. We had to keep shifting around to stay out of other customers' ways. At 1:30pm, I looked over at the deli and saw our order just sitting on the counter, so I went over to get it, and another guy behind the counter handed it to me. So much for scheduling an order ahead of time to save time. We used the self checkout since we had under 10 items (there are no express lanes), and left the store. On our way out of the parking lot, there were TWO cars in the fire lane parked and unmoving. This store is notorious for people who don't care about "no parking" zones and signs. Overall, I'm done shopping in this store. That's a shame, too, because it's literally 5 minutes from my house. The stressful experiences aren't worth the convenience of location. From now on, I'll go to the other store on Johnson Rd and 441 where shopping truly is a pleasure.

Consistently one of the worst Deli Depts. Been this way for years. Never properly staffed. Never pays attention to customers numbers, leaving it in their hands to figure out who's next. Customers can sit there and wait for 15 minutes before ever getting cold. Three times as many people are put in the sub section instead of serving people in line at the deli.

I happen to enjoy shopping at this Publix because the managers and staff on the floor are very friendly and helpful. You get the feeling of a nice community store... well with exception of the deli department. I don't know if this is where they place all the nasty people. The deli department staff overall is slow and rude. I would give the Coconut Creek / Winston Park Publix 5 stars if they fixed the deli department somehow. Just a hint

This place is so slow even with online orders not mention the staff isn't friendly and very rude I will never recommend coming to this Publix. If you want to wait an hour for a sub don't come here. Literally watching the girl as we speak not even make my sub. I will be sending a message to this store owner
