I had the worst experience at this location .. I waited laterally an 1/2 hour at the deli because the person cutting the meat was flirting the the person in front and he was the only one working that station. I ended up just forgetting about my order and walking away . Also CAMI “assistant manager” needs to be demoted ! Publix prides themselves on CUSTOMER SERVICE and she has non, on-top off her poor customer relation skills she’s a liar. I wanted to speak with a manager regarding the lack of service at the deli, I asked if she’s the store manager her response is no, grant it another customer was complaining about the deli department so I guess she didn’t want my complaint , which made me more irritated .. message to CAMI, don’t accept a position you aren’t ready to handle the responsibilities for. The one good thing about this visit is CARLOS the actual store manager , conflict resolution he handled it , because yes I was a very dissatisfied customer tonight again thank you Carlos for being a professional!

This is the slowest deli for subs ever. Everytime I come for a sub it takes at least 25 minutes! Usually only have one person making subs when there is a line of 20 people. Absolutely horrible customer service. Definitely the worst Publix in a 20 mile radius

We ordered delicious Publix subs there we have a very delightful employee named Paris that made our subs. She was very friendly and professional as well which we highly appreciate considering there was quite a long line, which only makes sense because their subs & hot food section is the best! Thank you Publix and a special thanks to Paris! Keep up the good work!!

Picked up lunch 2 times from the deli, ordered sandwiches online, they were busy and both days had to wait about 8 minutes before my order was ready. :(

Great place to shop. Friendly staff, quality products at affordable prices. I always find what I need. The supermarket is clean,with fresh produce,fresh meat and seafood and the sushi is mouth watering. Thank you Publix.

As far as publix's go, this is your standard store that has a pretty large variety. However, the staff lacks the normal courtesy like Hello, Goodbye, or the Smiles that Publix is known for. Since I live nearby, I shop often at this location and can attest that the crowd is skeezy in the late evenings, so make sure you lock your car and watch for unstable random walkers in the parking lot before turning your back to put away your groceries into your car. It's unfortunate but it is what it is...

Worst deli ever! Always take 20 minutes plus to get a sandwich
Always out of something. Today white bread . Witch does make any sense because it has the bakery not door . Lazy lazy lazy managers !!! Go to sample on pine island Wayne better and they care about the customers
yesterday boarshead meat the day before gave me a hard time about having to cut the meat I wanted.
I've had it with this one it sucks
