Whatever you do, don't place an online order to here. Or if you do, then don't pay ahead so you can abort when they don't fill it. I made an order from the deli, and it was not in the pick up window at the scheduled time. No problem, I picked the shortest deli line so I could ask someone about it. I was told that it would be in the pickup window. I said that it was not, and would they please look for the order. They blew me off and said to look in the window again. It was not. I tried again with the same results. I already paid for the order, otherwise I would have just left - so I had to wait in the now 45 minute long line at the sandwich counter. 45 minutes later I showed the deli tech my order and asked them to make the sandwiches for me. Instead they said the order was probably already filled, and went around to several places behind the counter and came back with my sandwiches which had been sitting an hour and a half in the warmer. I forgot to mention that there were 3 other customers who were standing around trying to figure out where their orders were too, so this is not an isolated incident. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have selected that.

I have lived in the area for 15 years. This is MY Publix. There are times I order my lunch thru the deli early in the morning. Lately, I have to wait for someone to get my sandwich off from the prep table. When I see it back on the table, I ask for it. I get....I'll be with you in a minute. Then I wait until that person is finished with the customer they are with. I get the idea of giving your customer your full attention. Why do I pre order if I have to wait. I'm always polite and do not complain. I'm done with this and don't feel that I need to be made to feel that they just went out of their way for me. Several times ago I was told that they keep the sandwiches on the back so nobody takes them. Maybe if the cooler is moved, it would work.

I love this Publix. It's clean, and the produce is always fresh. I will say it's busier than others I have visited, and the check out lines are longer. Of course, I could choose to do self check out, but doing that I feel would affect people's jobs, so I patiently wait. Always a pleasurable experience. Great job management and staff!

One star just because of the deli. I get the long lines, but even when you order sub online they rarely have it done on time. They routinely run out of tuna for subs, which is unacceptable because they have all the ingredients to make the tuna salad. The soda machine is constantly broken and when it works the soda tastes off. It's a deli that doesn't live up to the Publix reputation.
